I called and asked if they received my medication 9/2. They did and said it was ordered for Tuesday 9/5. I politely told them that’s not what was communicated to me for the brand name I usually get. I was texted a weird text message with a medication I’ve never heard off. Hence, why I called them. The lady on the phone was extremely rude, condescending tone and off putting. A simple, “FDA approved a new generic version and your insurance doesn’t cover it anymore” would been the professional answer.  So now I’m unexpectedly out of medication till Tuesday 9/5.

The staff is very kind, and friendly. We always strike up a conversation. They’re stock is almost always full, ofc there are times a product runs out but it gets refilled pretty quickly. I really enjoy the ice cream they have there, so many options that look great. The Animal circus cookie one is a new favorite of mine, that was recommended by an employee. Great place

The woman pharmacist that works here is the most rude/ inconsiderate person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. After waiting 10 minutes for her to answer the phone, she proceeds to answer in a manner that leads you to believe that you are inconveniencing her and wasting her time. After inquiring about if my prescription is ready, she very coldly and callously said "I cannot give you that information!" and then hung up the phone on me! Then. I called back the next day to check again on my prescription, hoping to talk to a different pharmacist, but no, unfortunately it was the same rude woman. She again yelled at me and told me that she couldn't give me the info over the phone, which I have NEVER heard of that before, and then hangs up on me AGAIN before i can even have a chance to ask any other follow-up questions! After seeing the other one star reviews of other poor patients dealing with the same disrespectful woman, I cannot believe that Rite Aid Pharmacy hasn't gotten rid of her. I will NEVER have my prescriptions filled here again!

Great looking store. I was greeted at the door. Very friendly employees. Quick and fast service!

I've cream is great! I was disappointed in the service. Second time where there's one person holding down the cash registers and ice cream section. No line behind us, we began to place our order. Three ice creams in my daughter asks if she can have a tester of one flavor. We are told yes but we have to pay for the 3 and then he can move over to the ice cream for a tester. I repeat back to make sure we understand. We need to pay for the 3 before she can test a flavor to then order hers and pay for one scoop separately? Yes, correct. We went with it. Got the scoops of ice cream and the tester and by then there's a line had grown to 5 customers. We were told we could get back in line. My daughter decided on no ice cream, we left instead.  Ice cream is delicious but second time now where the service is not great.

We are so happy to have this new Rite Aid. So clean and easy to manuver. More happy employees!

Store #05775 @ 2400 Las Poses Rd./ employees are GREAT !!! The low rating is do the actions of a pharmacy manger female. I informed her I was overcharged on co-pay for prescription in Aug, 2022 by $50.00. She said I was mistaken. So, on the next refill of that same prescription/same amount I was charged only $50.00. I expressed my confusion over the charges and after some discussion I asked to speak to store manager. She told me she 'did not answer' to the store Mgr !!! Then I asked for contact ph. number to District Mgr and she said ABSOLUTELY NOT !!! At this point I needed to leave and I stated to her that I would bring up matter ref. OVER CHARGES on my next refill. Some time past  Family Illness and I returned on 12 Jan 2023 for refill. I again asked same Pharm. Mgr. about over payment of $50.00 from Aug '22 and could that monies be applied to my current refill co-pay. An advisarial discussion ensued which in the end she INSTRUCTED ME that the pharmacy could do nothing about the situation and would no longer provide service to me/ fill my prescriptions !!! So, why can nothing be done to recover the $50.00 overcharge??? Would like the owner to meet me/ can contact by phone - Corp.has my info ..... For Christan's comments - May be Marlieghn. Walked into this rite aid after being away for several years. I actually went to what is now Ross Department store it was rite aid several years agoI looked across the parking lot to see that the rite aid was now all grown up, fresh new logo,larger building. I had no idea what awaited for me, smiles and hellos, bright cheery environment, everywhere you look there was a great vibe. A makeup section that could compete with Sephora, wide aisles to shop, and on the way out an ice cream bar.  An unexpected  treat to my very busy day. I am recommending this Rite Aid for almost everything you may need. A thru Z. Good Vibes, Good Folks.

super clean...lots of fun stuff to look over and buy that you cannot find at Target

The pharmacy quit notifying patients of prescriptions being ready for pickup...for some reason. Not only an imposition for patients...but also for employees that now have to take "live calls" from people wanting to know if prescriptions are ready.
