Always greeted with a smile by both store & pharmacy employees.  There are no long lines for pharmacy pickup.  Fast and efficient service with knowledgeable pharmacy staff.   When I had to purchase a special medication for my dog, the staff automatically found me the cheapest price through discount apps without my having to request them to do so.  Saved me over $100 each month. During Covid, our Hopewell Rite Aid became our go-to for many products we would have otherwise gotten from larger department stores.  They had products the bigger stores were out of stock on. So now, we just automatically go to Rite Aid first.  The staff make you feel like family!

Clean, and well lit. Good discounts and sales. Pharmacy service is fast and every convenience is thought of for their customers even choosing the time you want to pick up your prescription. I’ve had recommended shots administered by the pharmacist who is always pleasant and welcoming. The longest line I’ve ever experienced there were 2 people ahead of me. They value their customers.

If it weren’t for our Hopewell Rite Aid, I would be so stressed having to go to the other pharmacy. Our town probably has the best Rite Aid in the world! Every staff member is helpful and nice and patient. Kristopher in the Pharmacy is the best!

I love going into this store. Pharmacy staff is so helpful . Always greeted in store by friendly staff we appreciate the pleasant experience always.

Got my COVID shot here as a walk in. Took 10 minutes.  Good spot to get basic groceries in a hurry. Greeting cards and lawn ornaments.  There is a plethora of over-the-counter pharmaceuticals.

All the associates at my local location are very friendly and down to earth. They make every experience in my visits,  a good experience.

This place sucks they set a time every day  for walk in covid booster shots but they never let me get one, I go online to schedule one but the site shuts down. The lady behind the pharmacy counter has a nasty attitude..... Don't Go There! for anything

Very friendly and helpful pharmacy staff.  They help answer any questions you have and make the entire process of picking up and refilling easy.

I am very disappointed with rite aide pharmacy it states on my prescription that I have a refill until 8/4 I called on the 4th to refill and I was told the refill was expired. I will never refill prescriptions here again i had to go see the doctor  to get another prescription  another paid visit to the doctor. Smh

The prices in this store are absolutely terrible for a nationwide chain store.I believe the corporation prices items here based on what the median income for the area is,but many people, myself included,do not earn anywhere close to the median income to be able to afford to shop here.The store is clean and well lit,but other than in an absolute emergency,I will not shop here for anything.
