Rite Aid

Please work on customer service and timeliness of assisting customers. When I was 3 in line at the drive thru and after probably a 20 minute wait in line, I got up to the window and to my surprise...no one was there! I had to wait about 10 more minutes including pressing the “help” button several times to have someone come assist me.The line has been backed up so I know they knew I and the 2 cars behind me were there. All that waiting for a medication that had been ready and waiting to be picked up. All I ask is that Rite Aid/Walgreens incorporate into their policies and procedures for pharmacy staff to communicate with customers and show courtesy to those waiting by acknowledging them. If you are busy that we will understand. But, ignore us, that is simply rude and unprofessional. This is not the first time I have experienced this and I am sure there are many others who have shared in my experience. However, if you aren’t told that it’s an issue how can I expect the experience to improve on my next visit? If others have experienced the same and would ask for improvement, be kind, no need for negativity but please take a moment to simply comment “same.” Thank you.
