Gorgeous historic building! Exposed brick and timbers, and built in 1905. Friendly community. Just bought a condo here. One of the other reviewers said his friend has a condo here, and the reviewer complained about the building. However, that was a year ago, and it doesn't seem like the complaints are still valid. Love this place!
Nice lofts. But the terrible smell throughout the hallways and common areas is just gross. It legitimately smells like an old nursing home, A REALLY OLD NURSING HOME! My friend has a loft everytime we enter the building we rush to get into her apartment, unfortunately the smell is starting to invade her space.
