My favorite gym. Good location and quiet small-town atmosphere. Good machines and freeweights. Overall clean place

$10 day pass is about as reasonable as I've ever seen.

We joined a few months ago and have been very happy here. Everyone is friendly and very low key. The owner is always there and wants to make sure guests are taken care of. We use the childcare and my kids are happy. I like some of the childcare staff better than others but I'm comfortable leaving my kids with all staff members. I haven't tried any of the classes yet but I'm looking forward to trying them out. Plenty of parking, affordable and convenient to home.

Recently joined. Equipment orientation was thorough and exactly what I wanted and needed. The trainer was patient, made sure I understood how to adjust the equipment for my height, and took time to find out what weights are perfect me to start out with. Excellent start to a new membership.

Family owned, large selection of machines, free weight room, open till late, friendly staff. Personal trainers, top notch. Don't expect to see the fashionistas here, people come here to workout, not show off their outfits ; Built into an 1800s warehouse, it has character.

Favorite gym hands down. Great staff, great owner and a great environment. Membership is very reasonable and more than worth it. Classes are awesome. Don't miss out.

Super friendly staff!!!! Even the other patrons are friendly; it's a great atmosphere. Great price, too, with no sign up fee. I truly have no complaints.
