Harassment and threats are ok here. You will not be protected. Hr doesn't call if you report any kind of hostility... i almost got attacked 2 months ago. Manager there only knew that day because a bystander told him what was happening. And he talked to the other people I had to go to front desk to report no one came to look for me or my side. Specially since I was the victim. Poorly run. Machines are always broken.. careful with hot tub there's 2huge water bubbles wouldn't be surprised if there's mold. They keep increasing rates but quarter of machines always broken . Some customers hog each machine 10 min min. And other customers toggle between 2 machines and they don't let you use it while they are at another machine. Again mngmnt will not do anything. I'm paying monthly and I'm afraid to go . If I get attacked I know xsports doesn't care. That's gonna be a problem

This gym is gross. No one cleans nor cleans after themselves. All of the equipment is out of date and need to be replaced. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I was so disappointed. If you want a nasty fungus this is a place for you.. Not for me..

Ten Things I hate about XSport They blast their class music 2 classes louder than the gym music so you can’t hear your EarPod The gym looks and feels dirty The XSport express is where old equipment is sent to die The tv’s have poor or no channel selection No Wi-Fi Childcare space looks unsavory. There’s an old stain on carpet. Would you leave your child in a place where they don’t care about the carpet They don’t have intermediate dumbbells - 7 lb. 12.5 lb. 17.5 lb. People don’t clean equipment People hog equipment while not using it. Night time fight in the gym. Serving pizza in the gym.

Worst Gym. Too much price they charging me 39.99 every month even though I didn't take that plan. After 10 days they charge me again 54.99 for annual fee even didn't inform me. I contact customer care I called gym service guys not helping me. Don't go to this Gym. Please don't waste your money go different gyms they are best.

Terrible. I get calls and texts almost daily looking to sign up my guest onto a membership, or get me setup with a personal trainer. If you plan to sign up and bring a guest. Get used to them sitting you and your guest down EVERYTIME you come into the gym so they can try and sell your guest an actual membership. This company is the most annoying company i have ever experienced. I dont want to be haggled every single day. These people are worse than extended car warranty sellers. Express gym is extremely tight and does not have enough of the commonly used machines. Non-express xsport gyms are not much better, gym is spacious but completely filled with people during after-work hours. Machines are inches a part so get comfortable bumping into people all day. They basically forced my wife to pay upfront for a year membership. Ide cancel in a heartbeat if i could get my money back. Planet-fitness makes this gym look like a charade.

Wish I could give it 0 stars honestly. Lots of old and broken equipment and we’ve had a lot of issues with their billing. We got charged 8 HUNDRED when we tried to purchase a 1 year membership. They accidentally charged us the maintenance fee TEN TIMES. Then, when we tried to fix it with them, they were absolutely no help! We had to contact our bank to get it fixed! Go somewhere else, like PF or lifetime or something. Just DONT GO TO XSPORT BATAVIA.

So much equipment that is not working properly or old and dingy, makes you wonder if anyone will finally upgrade this facility.Half of the treadmills don't work or have very squeaky belts. It's so frustrating to try to find a working piece of equipment in this place.

I would avoid this location at all cost. Most of the equipment is super outdated and worst than some jails. The A/C hasn’t been working for over three weeks and they don’t have a clue when it will be back up.

Service people at desk are evasive about cancellation policy and don’t give accurate details.
