Riverbank Bar and Grill

We had takeout. Must have an old menu posted because I was charged $10 for just a tenderloin menu said $6.95. Sevice was good . Tenderloin had a funky seasoning I didn't care for ,but otherwise it was good ! Parking: Very large parking lot

The food was great. We really enjoyed our meals. Best shrimp po'boy I've had in years!!! Stop by when you get a chance. You won't be disappointed!

Saturday night we were eating and I used the restroom and came back to the waitress took my plate and threw it away without asking. So I just paid and left not to happy with the service...

A nice restaurant by the Illinois River near Florence, Illinois. The food is good and the prices were reasonable. They have a few large areas for big groups together and were able to handle our class reunion. I understand that they had another large group in another one of their areas that same evening. The wait staff was very efficient, friendly, and were able to handle our group. Parking: There was plenty of parking in front and on the side of the restaurant.

Food was tasty but waitress never returned to our table. Had to go to bar to get another drink. Place wasn't busy and she was pleasant, so maybe just forgot? I'd go back for another lunch!Food: 5/5

Asked for drinks they were out of the first 3 I asked. Was going to eat but service was kind of clueless as to what they were doing. So we had one drink and left. I believe it is under new ownership so I'll try again, hopefully it will improve.Service: 1/5

I stopped in because the draw bridge was open and I was hungry. The place is very clean and inviting. I ordered a beer and a burger. The beer was ice cold and the burger was the best I’ve had in awhile!! The fries were very delicious as well!! I will definitely be back!!
