River Run campground was a quiet and beautiful experience. The rail trail was recently packed by a roller, so the bike rides were smooth and forever long. Really enjoyed the experience.
Great park! Great walking tracks..and the sweetest, friendly, mama squirrel! Playground: Nice play area on Riverbend side then cross the walking path and find more play areas at Glendale Park Restrooms: Adequate, could be kept cleaner, and supplied better. Dog-friendliness: Greatplace to walk your doggies Picnic area: Single picnic tables and also 2 covered reservable shelters.
Beautiful trail, shaded on the most part. Visited on a weekday, it was peaceful and quiet and the river added to the lovely fall foliage.
A gem of a facility in central Elkins. The park contains ball fields, a soccer field, several playgrounds, and a walking track that links the two parts of the park. Really a fantastic resource for the community. More water fountains and restrooms would improve the experience.
Beautiful park but the smell from the river and sewage plant makes it smell really bad

A fun place for the whole family to go. Baseball, volleyball, soccer, playground or walk the track.
