Had the pleasure of bringing our pets to this establishment and I must comment on how incredibly welcoming they were to us as transplants from another part of the country. They really have gone above and beyond for us in the short time we have been here. They send us pictures of them hanging out with our pets and tell us how much they love our animals. The vet can sometimes be a stressful trip so the extra comfort they freely provide is a very welcomed. It's good to know that our babies are in hands as loving as our own. Staff is extremely animal friendly and my dog felt very at ease. She was scheduled for multiple shots and the doctor was so good that my dog and I didn't even know when they were done! I highly recommend Riverview Animal Hospital. They are awesome!
I bring my two male kitties here. All of the staff is super kind. I appreciate that we can text to make appts and ask questions. The veterinarians are quick, kind and effective. They are great at informing me what is going on and how to fix something. They always let me know what I can do extra at home for side care as well. Thank you all for everything you do for my babies!
I have been to many vets throughout the Chippewa Valley over the past thirty years, one regular and a few for various emergencies, and in my experience, there is no better than Riverview Animal Hospital. We love the caring staff and the love and respect they offer our cats and dog and us is palpable. I am so grateful we found them after we moved back to the area seven years ago!
This clinic has reviews of being a bit pricy but their attentive care is well worth any amount spent for your babies. The tech Krystal has gone above and beyond over the last couple years to ensure the care of my dog and cats health. Including delivering antibiotics to me at work because she lives in the are and I couldn’t pick them up for a couple days- to doing a quick shave of my old man cat today while he was already comfortable so he didn’t have to come back for sedated grooming. The doctors listen to my anxieties and take their time to educate. As long as I live in Wisconsin I will never go to another place- unless Krystal moves on to another location!
Good place to go for spaying and neutering procedures. I called around and this was the only place that was taking new clients in the area. This definitely wasn't a setback because the staff are really nice and will help you understand any questions you have for you pets needs. They go above and beyond in this aspect which I appreciate as being a novice at raising a dog medically.
The staff is friendly. The vets are knowledgeable and caring, presenting good options for treatment when needed but never pushy about treatment, respectful of owner's decision. I feel the prices to be reasonable in comparison to other clinics in area.
The staff is so compassionate and gentle. We always feel welcomed and comfortable when we come. They even are able to handle my feisty kitty and she seems to trust them!
It’s always a pleasure coming back with Kodak because we have always been met with such kindness and joy! All of the employees are always so welcoming and sweet. Thank you so much for providing that environment to owners as well as the fur babies.
300$ later and my dog is still having the same issues. Asked questions about my other pet, not a lot of help, it isn't a serious issue but they want lots of money to diagnose for a lot of different things to rule them out and people do not have that kinda cash. Also they should realize the doors are thin in the rooms which are right across from the appointment desk where the staff and vets gatheand they talk and gossip about pet owners that they think don't care for their pets because they come down with something at a dog park or how they handle their pets. If they feel that way then teach the owner or hand them a brochure. Very unprofessional. Going elsewhere now where they'll care more about the pet then getting a paycheck.
