Our orientation appointment at Riverview Dental Designs was a pleasant and thorough experience. The staff was courteous and informative and made me feel at ease. I believe I will receive quality care at this dental office.
I just went in for a cleaning, and came with beautiful white teeth! The staff and dentist is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly which means a lot to me. I got called in at the exact time of my appt, and done in a timely matter. This dentist has put in two crowns for me that were thankfully painless last year. They also whitened my teeth last year, and with my monthly at home whitening they are still as pretty as when I left their office. And by the way, it also only costs me $8 a month to keep them white. I really hated going to dentist before I found Riverview Dental. I was only going to dentists for problems and never for cleaning. Because procedures here are so painless, and staff so friendly and efficient I just went in for my second cleaning, which was painless and fast. You should try them. You will not be disappointed.
I don't care to go to the dentist so it's has been a while many years. Sunday my right front tooth started hurting. Monday, a friend recommended Riverview Dental, and even though I was a new patient, they got me in Tuesday morning. They fixed the immediate issue and got me a treatment plan to correct the problem. I love they are so concerned about the patient's comfort, physical and mental, lol.
Great experience here. I have a lot of anxiety with going to the dentist and Amanda helped calm my nerves. She was super compassionate and kind and overall made my experience great. Dr. JD Diaz was also super nice. One small issue was I had to reschedule my first appointment after I still wasn't seen 30 minutes after my appointment time. At my rescheduled date I didn't have to wait long at all, so I just assume it was a one time thing.
Great care and service! Everyone is so nice! Thank you! Back for more dental work, all are so nice and helpful, my procedures have gone well . They even call you the next day to make sure you are doing well. Thank you Dr Diaz and Dr Diaz and staff!
Riverview Dental Designs is Professional and friendly. In my Opinion they are the best Dental Practice in Tuscaloosa. Dr Diaz and his staff are very knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend Riverview Dental Designs to anyone that wants a beautiful Smile!
Sonya is so thorough and never hurried through my cleanings. Dr. Díaz never seems in a hurry during my check-ups. I am so pleased with this dental team because they are not only knowledgeable but also caring.
I just recently started my dental journey at Riverview and my experience has been great so far! Dr. Diaz and Sadie have made me feel so comfortable and welcomed at both of my visits that I have had. I have no doubt that Dr. Diaz will take good care of my teeth and me as well. 10/10 recommend!
Came in for an oral flare up. Cleaned my teeth too. Made me feel comfortable even though they knew i was not likely to be a repeat customer. Great for students
