I have to say. If it wasn’t for the lady Laura that works in billing we could have chose some where else to go. The other girl that answers phones is rude and has a snotty attitude. Talks down to you if she feels she is right when she is clearly WRONG. Recommend either letting her go or putting her on a probational period to improve customer service/ satisfaction. Laura was a very sweet and kind person and willing to answer questions with no problem.
Dr. Johnson and his team provide excellent dental care at convenient times. He does a great job of explaining what you need for dental work, what’s urgent, and what could wait. I highly recommend him!
Several years ago I had a dental emergency and their price was the best in town. They have the friendliest most professional staff I’ve ever come across. Straight to the point honest trustworthy and always helpful. I recommend them to anyone who asks. Gentle touch and always explains everything well. I’ve had a couple extractions over the years and they always heal up so fast and are virtually pain free 24 hours later due to the skill and gentleness. Edit: Still going there many years later. Still the most compassionate professional place i've ever been. Thank you Dr. J, I appreciate you.
In bad need of cleaning plus had a broken tooth. These dental professionals are the best. Always careful to give good, clear explanations and expectations. Gentle cleaning, friendly group to work with. I highly recommend this dental practice.
The female hygienist is amazing! She is so nice and patient. I hate going to the dentist just due to my own personal fears. However, she is extremely gentle and she makes all of my dental appointments as easy as possible! Would definitely recommend if you are nervous about trying someone new : The front desk workers are also very nice and I have a good experience every time I go.
I called with an emergency request, got in the same day and Dr Johnson addressed my problem immediately. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and gentle. His staff is excellent. Would highly recommend him for your dental care.

Today was another excellent experience with Dr Johnson and his fabulous friendly staff. An appointment with Kelsey for cleaning went very well. While that was in process an unexpected cancelation allowed Veronica in scheduling toboffer me an opportunity to proceed with a crown which had been scheduled later, eliminating the later appointment. They treat their patients like family.
I've been going to Riverview for years now, because they are good! I make the drive from Chelan because I know they are going to take good care of me. I haven't had good experiences with dentists in the past, but Dr. Johnson always listens to my needs and takes great care of my teeth. Dr. Johnson and his staff are terrific!
