Took my dog there for the first time because a friend recommended. I could run my fingers through his hair and still had a bunch of shed. Will try a different place fore sure.

They charged me $25 more dollars than the usually place I go. Plus they didn't brush my dog as well, didn't even attempt to cut the little mats she has behind her ears, didn't trim her nails, and didn't trim the fur on her feet what so ever. I wouldn't recommend them. I'd stick with April's plush puppies which isn't that far from them. April's is very good in price and has service 10x better. I just tried them because someone said they were okay if you just wanted to get your dog in, in a short amount of time. I can see why the wait time isn't very long at all.

Our dog Murphy always comes back looking so handsome every time he goes to see Daphne. He honestly loves going there and we love how well taken care of he is when he leaves! She does a wonderful job with golden retrievers! We travel all the way from Butte because he gets 5 star care with Daphne and her team!

Always A+ service and all my dogs look great! We go monthly and both of my retrievers LOVE Daphne and Alissa. They are never scared to go to the groomers. Highly recommend!

This is the 4th groomer I’ve tried. I have a long haired chihuahua, and he got a bath, brushed out, nail and hair trim. They did a fantastic job!! Definitely will be using this groomer from now on & highly recommend.

Absolutely the WORST EXPERIENCE! I will never bring my dog back and would NOT recommend EVER going there. It started out great when I dropped my pup off, there was an older woman who took my dog back to be kenneled till her bath and was really polite and kind. Mind you, I dropped my dog off at 8AM then called in at 12:00PM to check the status, to see if my dogs bath n nails have been clipped. I was then told, I did not give them a time frame that I needed my dogs bath to be done and that they hadn’t even started her. So I asked when did they anticipate for her to be ready for pickup and was then rudely told “well when do you need her ready by, you really should have told us when you dropped her off I was never told, I needed to specify a time ?!?” And I said well will she be ready by 1:00PM and the woman who I was speaking to covered the phone to tell the bather my dog needed to be ready in half hour and hung up on me. When I arrived to pick my dog up, my dog was not pleased and scared. And they had left the leash on her the entire time she was kenneled and they handed me her leash which was then all chewed up! Not only could my dog have choked but I wasn’t reimbursed for my destroyed leash. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Be sure to know to drive behind the building, not on the side or the door on the road like I did, thinking they were closed with their sign on the door. It seems they still take cash or check only but the haircut beats PetCo!

They did a great job cutting my dogs hair. My only dislike is that they only take cash or checks, no cards.

They always do a phenomenal job. My dog looks so good. And the price is very reasonable for everything they do!
