Riverview Urgent Care and Medical Center

Took daughter in for an ear infection. They said no ear infection. Took daughter home she woke up from nap screaming in pain and puked from her ear hurting. They said to bring her back in the am for another look. Ridiculous! My child is in pain! Extremely discounted in their services.

As a woman traveling alone, I hobbled into their door for care. It turned out my leg was broken. These people kindly diagnosed me, helped me get a handicap hotel room,, drove me to a pharmacy, drove me and my car to my room, carried my stuff inside, and followed up with me. Thank You.

This clinic is very terrible. They charge people for a bill of over a year ago that they sent to you and later they try sending it to collections. Sterling Urgent Care will be my new clinic to go too

Went in sick with a very sore throat. Dr didn’t look at my throat or run any tests. Would not recommend.

We brought my 2 month old son in because we suspected he had RSV. He was struggling to breath, wheezing, panting so we were very concerned. The staff seemed not very concerned and there was no sense of urgency. Without testing him they gave him a shot and sent us on our way. However we were still very concerned and decided to take him to the ER. They admitted him to the hospital for 2 nights and kept him on oxygen because his levels were too low. He did end up having RSV and bronchitis which can be deadly for infants. I’m glad we listened to our instincts. I understand that urgent care isn’t a hospital and the staff were really nice and I’m sure they did their best. Just for future reference RSV is no light thing for infants! I just think they should have better conveyed the urgency of the situation and told us that he needed to go to the hospital because it was serious that’s all.

Absolutely unprofessional, lab results that would normally be a same day result took over 5 days. Left untreated despite in pain and symptomatic, after 5 days the clinic was unable to provide the correct prescription in a neighboring state despite being told they could do that.

Great place. Vary helpful staff. Second emergency visit with our two year old. After 5, They were able to take x rays and help my son.

Was visiting relatives from out of state and because of an extended stay ran out of the prescription I needed. After a ridiculous runaround from my own HMO back in Washington to refill my prescription, I called Riverview Urgent Care. My call was answered promptly and I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member. I provided some information and because we were more than an hour away from Burley requested a telephone appointment. I was called back shortly thereafter and was able to talk to a physician's assistant who was very helpful and thorough and was able to prescribe the medication I needed and called it in to a local pharmacy. These folks are terrific and a godsend in a difficult situation. Thank You Riverview Urgent Care! I highly recommend these folks.

I was visiting from out of town to see family when I couldn't take the migraine pain and nausea any longer. I was referred here by my insurance and my daughter. I was so impressed with the quality of care I received. The staff was very caring and the PA asked appropriate questions. I received the "migraine cocktail " and was on my way for a migraine free reminder of the Easter weekend. Thank you!!!

I see them before I see my own doctor on pretty much anything. Every time I have been the staff has always been very kind and friendly! I have always been seen in a timely manner, even when the waiting room is packed and it is a large waiting room. So you don’t have to sit next to that guy who turns and coughs at you. They always give me clear understanding of the steps I can take to feel better as soon as possible. I would recommend going to anyone asking!
