Riverwest Strength & Conditioning is a physical fitness and weight training facility designed for those who want to work towards better physical health, well-being, and sport performance. This facility has everything needed to build successful athletes:
-Womens and mens barbells, rubber bumper plates
-Rogue Monster Lite Rig with attachments
-Dumbbells (5-100lb pairs) and kettlebells (5-50lb pairs)
-Jump boxes, Vertimax, battle rope, 320# tire, weight vests
-Keiser spin bikes, fan bike, and air-compressed resistance machines
-Medicine balls, strength/resistance bands, climbing hang-board, dip stations, GHD (glute hamstring developer)
-Height adjustable cable-column, pull/drag sled
-Custom made slideboards, foam rollers, bosu and stability balls
Services offered by the gym include:
Membership: $50 per month. Comes with a keycard for access to the gym.
Additional Family Members: $30 per family member.

Written Training Programs: Members get a discounted rate on written training programs, ask about it during coached hours!
There are also programs available in the online store.

Day Pass- $10 non-coached hours, $5 coached hours.
All day pass guests must receive prior approval before coming to train at the gym. Please contact me to set up your training times.

Personal Training Session: Private, individually coached 30-45 minute training sessions focused around your goals.
$50 per session.
$175 per 6-pack
$225 per 12-pack.

Weight Loss Training Program: Three month training plan for serious individuals focused on losing weight, feeling better, and moving better.
$400 per month- periodised training plan, 3x week 30-45 minute one-on-one personal training sessions, nutrition outline detailing proper foods and calorie counts customized to you, and consistent program updating that changes as you progress.

Sport Performance Training: sport specific strength and conditioning, built entirely around you with focused coaching. Pricing varies, contact for more information.
Gym Hours:
Monday through Saturday, 5am - 10pm.
Sunday is a closed gym day, however private hour-long personal training sessions can be scheduled for this day. Training requests for Sunday must be made 48hrs in advance and be paid for prior to the training session.
*There are no sign-up fees, and no hidden charges. Straight up gym, serious weightlifting equipment.
**Once signed up all members receive a keycard and have access to the gym during open hours.
