The RMH Wellness Center is so much more than a gym, we're the largest fitness and aquatics facility in the valley with classes and programs for all ages!
With over 100 group fitness classes a week including ZUMBA, SPIN, BODY PUMP, YOGA, PILATES, TAI CHI, AQUA AEROBICS AND MORE! Enjoy a dip in our 25 yard indoor pool, soak in the whirlpool, relax in the sauna or recover in our warm water pool. Take a jog around our indoor track, work up a sweat on our strength and cardio equipment, or shoot hoops on our indoor basketball court. Child care is included with a family membership.
