What a neat place! Clean & stocked store, nice personnel. Pizza, turnovers/doughnuts. Fountain drinks/ coffee. Lots of goodies, snacks & souvenirs. There’s a “Jersey Giant subs” inside, all fresh. Also a restaurant called “Bears diner”. Looked like a good place, people looked happy eating inside lol but we ended up ordering subs we had limited time. Lots of parking spots. Bathrooms were just OK, but looks like they may be doing some remodeling. My husband is a long haul trucker so we’re in & out of truck stops every day & I’m marking this stop, nice place! Good job guys!
Always a good experience. never a problem with any employee. Manager is a great gal!
I'd been parking my semi there at night, and my personal vehicle during the day, up until Friday, when the owner decided to have my vehicle towed out of it's parking spot. Imagine getting out of work on Friday, and your vehicle is gone. There are absolutely no signs anywhere stating no parking or anything about tow away. I was parking between two other vehicles. I'd never previously spoken with the owner. So it wasn't even a personal. This is completely unacceptable for a business, especially one I spent money at daily. I would never recommend anyone patron this place.
I stopped here for breakfast and to try and repair some damage done to my trailer from a place I delivered. I was in the back of my trailer hammering away and the Owner came out to check if I was doing alright. She offered to help me with a few tools on hand and proceeded to check-in on me about an hour later. Not something I would have expected, but I am grateful. I wish I could give this establishment ten stars for their caring and helpful demeanor. The food in the restaurant was delicious and coffee was fresh. Thank you for your help, and I highly recommend this location to any trucker who's in need of a friendly face and good hot food
Good place to stop off at when road tripping. Huge selection and some truck stop style gift shop items as well. Really need to work on putting prices on everything though, the sticker shock at the register can be REAL...
This place is always clean. Staff is polite and parking lot was fixed since the last time I was there. No more pot holes.
Yet another formerly great truckstop for OTR truckers catches the fatal "drop yard for locals" virus. Locals who either park the whole rig or drop the trailer and go home . . . don't buy food from the restaurants! The restaurants close up early and I arrived a few moments after 8pm on a weekday after a brutal day to find no food other than the few cold sandwiches in the cooler. Broken-down trailers parked there for months. Little 4-wheelers parked in spots for a rig, probably reserving them. Sadly, I've seen this truckstop condition before. It's almost always fatal. Even if owners catch on and start charging enough for their parking lot to replace lost OTR revenue, the hungry working truckers have moved on to greener pastures. And then the locals find cheaper spots to park. But with decimated restaurants and lean stock, there's little to attract the on-lot customers back.
THIS TRUCKERS SPOT IS THE BEST!!!! The workers are so nice and very helpful always smiling and laughing and they even greet you when you walk into their truck stop!!! Thanx guys
They certainly love to annoy regulars with dumb changes like $5 minimum on credit/debit. Guess it's one more place I won't by anything from anymore
Clean and nice. Friendly staff. It's a place to get gas and refresh.
