My mail people work very hard here in the Chaloner Park neighbor ..which is circular with very similar named of streets and house numbers! I want to say thank you to the men and women who serve this neighborhood. It is no easy task...but they are always smiling and working hard...
Ms. Douglas gets a 5 star for her exceptional customer service to help me when I needed. She was kind, considerate, and well informed. Special Thanks to Ms. Douglas. Ms. Chevia Cherry on the other hand gets a 1 star for being unkind, inconsiderate, smug, and uninformed. Alison gets a 3 star because she was neither kind nor unkind and being she was uninformed she remained neutral by getting another person to handle something she should have the knowledge and skills as a basically trained employee. Overall, I typically have a pleasant experience with this post office however feel it is mediocre at best and deserves a 2.5-3 star rating.
Our mailman, Melvin, is incredibly kind and polite. We had an issue with a package, the local postmaster called and sorted it out. I am tremendously grateful for their continued efforts, respect, diligence towards those they serve. Thank you!
Unhelpful staff who said they couldn’t help me with a lost package and that it wasn’t their problem. Inconsiderate. If you hate your job that much, just quit! It is your job to help people. They take no responsibility for their failures. The employees are a joke.
Im disabled and get pension check from former employer on 1st of month always late lucky if i get mail once a week the other day had 2 pieces of mail in my box for 2 differeent addresses that wasnt mine my mail is probably being put in someone elses mailbox too
The workers here are very rude and disrespectful especially Danielle. I sell things online and I have been doing this for about 3 years now. I took a package to the post office as I always do with the others and some how it just went missing no one tried to help me or anything it just up and disappeared. The service is quick but rude as well no have a nice day or anything
The mail service is always late on delivery. Delivery is so slow started delivery on Sundays. Now for the last two days no mail service. We’ve been watching no mail trucks in our area. Hope because their not getting the job done. Don’t get paid Sunday pay. The service so bad the regular mail carrier doesn’t deliver packages. Postal service has a second carrier deliver packages.
Got in a line today.. spaced apart and after being there 10 min, I was called out and told I got in front of someone with a ton of packages in the lobby. Not true. I had one tiny envelope and needed a stamp. Was made to come out of line over someone lying. Very poorly staffed for the amount of people there. And no organization at all. Never again!
It's clean and organized even during the most crucial time of the Pandemic. The employees are polite, friendly and curtious. Thank you for all you do for us.
Today is Wednesday, October 12th. My mail has not delivered since Saturday. I left mail mail in the mailbox to be picked up. The service is horrendous
