"Tiger-Rock Martial Arts of Keller provides martial arts and self defense training for students age 4 and up in the Keller, North Fort Worth, Alliance, Southlake, Watauga, North Richland Hills, and surrounding area. Through our R15E fifteen step to black belt curriculum, students learn different life skills each step of the way on their progress to being a better martial artist, and citizen. Our martial arts program is a fun, safe, and empowering way to get in better shape, learn effective ways to protect yourself! My son has been a part of Tiger-Rock Martial Arts of Keller and he really enjoyed it! They are very professional, patient, and are experts in the field. I highly recommend coming and signing up!
Tiger Rock is a wonderful Taekwondo studio with Grandmaster Matthews and Master Allen and their team teaching our boys discipline and the martial arts. We praise them on their time and effort they put into ensuring their students are getting the most from their lessons. 10/10 highly recommend.
I have been extremely impressed with this martial arts program! I started my 7 year old boy 3 weeks ago. What I love the most about the program is that it not only teaches your child martial arts but it will teach them respect, confidence and life skills.
We attended a class on the weekend, coming from a different location. Absolutely amazing! Love the respect and discipline that is shown at this location. Our son gained some knowledge from just 1 class which we will make sure he brings back to his "home location" Will definitely be back for more classes when we are in the Ft Worth area.
We are very happy we enrolled our daughter with Tiger Rock. Great place with great teachers.

Tiger Rock has been amazing for my daughter. The team and staff are awesome from admin to training and all in between. Positive motivation and confidence boosting; endurance, strength, coordination and discipline building; very clean; and my daughter looks forward to going. Highly recommended
We met Senior Master Tom Mathews about 5 years ago when our daughter wanted to try Taekwondo. As parents, we were immediately impressed by his demeanor with the kids while teaching values such as honor, courtesy, integrity, perseverance, and more. To that end, our daughter has thrived beyond our expectations in the Tiger Rock program. She is currently a 2nd Degree Black Belt and serves on the Leadership Team. She is more fit and stronger than ever, has gained a tremendous amount of confidence over the years, and has the ability to protect herself if and when needed. In part to her success, my 8 year old son and I both have joined as well. Through the past two years, training at Tiger Rock in Keller has helped me achieve new fitness levels that I haven't reached since high school, including the loss of over 50 pounds. As a family, we look forward going 2-3 times each week and competing with each other while having a great time learning and growing together. It's an incredible environment, a fantastic program, and a tremendous value, especially given the life lessons and skills our entire family is learning. I can't recommend Tiger Rock in Keller enough. If you're looking for fitness opportunities, wanting to learn self defense, anti-bullying tactics, or just gain a little more confidence in yourself, this is the place to go. I love it and I can't thank them enough for all they've done for me and our family! Go Tiger Rock!
We visited a number of local martial arts schools before visiting Tiger Rock. My wife and I were immediately impressed with the school and our son was welcomed by others and was immediately made to feel at home. Senior Master Mathews teaches young people much more than martial arts. He teaches them to be confident, respectful, and upstanding young men and women. It wasn’t long after our son started that I decided to dive in and give it a try. I’m glad I did. It has allowed me to meet fitness goals and to do things I never thought I could. I cannot recommend this school any more highly. There is not a finer martial arts studio in the area.
Tiger Rock is such an amazing place. The instructors are wonderful! They are strict, but very caring. Besides just teaching martial arts, there is a strong focus on discipline and respect. This has been wonderful for our hyperactive 6 year old.
