Went here for an extraction just two days post-op for another procedure. The staff was so nice and patient with me. The doctor was super nice, informative, and quick. When I still felt pain after initial numbing he immediately listened to my “ow,” made sure I was numb and I didn’t feel pain again. If I ever need an extraction, I’ll come back and I’ll be recommending them to others!
I had my wisdom teeth removed just over a year ago and decided it was time to share my experience. His assistant was very kind and caring, easing me through the set-up process and getting me hooked up to the gas. I wish I could say the same about Dr. Roberts, he came in before the surgery started to give me a few quick numbing shots, then proceeded with the removal without properly checking to make sure that I couldn’t feel it. The pain was excruciating. I signaled that it hurt and he did a couple more shots, moving on to another area while it numbed. That area was also not numbed enough, and he broke the tooth from the pressure he was applying while trying to get it out. He seemed more and more irritated every time I said I could still feel it, like it was so inconvenient that I was in pain. I was nearly thrashing in the chair at this point, trying to get their attention and tell them that I could still feel everything, but it seemed that his only priority was to get my teeth out as quickly as possible - regardless of whether or not I could feel it. It was over in 11 minutes if I remember correctly, I needed a single stitch, and he seemed all too proud of his work. He rushed out of the room right after, despite the fact that there was nearly no one else in the entire office. Meanwhile, I was still shaking from the pain and trauma that I was just put through. Now, over a year later, I am dealing with stiffness and clicking in my jaw on the side that he broke my tooth, as well as nerve pain in the molar that was next to my wisdom tooth. I would absolutely not recommend him to anyone, and I can see from other recent reviews that not a lot of others would either.
I’ve never came on and complained about anything before, I am 16 years old and was very mistreated by the doctor and assistant. He numbed me before the shots but I could still very much feel them… I flinched and is hard core shaking. I made noises TRYING TO LET THEM KNOW THAT IT HURTS. Instead the doctor put his hand on my chest and said “if you do not stop I will quit right now and Ill let you go the way you are, there is other clients in the clinic that can hear you that do not want to” and I’m shaking and crying because I’m in very very much pain and getting told off by a guy who’s taking out my teeth while I’m awake, while I’m crying trying to get my breathing back to normal. 0 out of 10 do not come here. Do not bring your kids here. Most traumatic experience of my life.
This guy is an absolute jerk. Went in to get my wisdom teeth removed and he was rude and in a hurry. He was trying to pull them and I wasn't even under the gas yet, and was rude when I told him I couldn't feel it. I moved when he started to pry on my mouth, then yelled at me for flinching because it hurt. The ladies in the office are very nice.
his assistant was really nice, he was kinda passive aggressive but I understand he had a job that needed to be done. front desk ladies were also really kind!
Dr. Roberts was quick, painless, and the dental assistants were great with easing my anxiety. Highly recommend this place!
Dr. Roberts and his staff are all so friendly. I would recommend him to anyone, he truly cares about his patients. His dental assistant answered all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable throughout it all. Highly recommend!!

Dr.Roberts pulled 4 teeth for me on 12/29/2020 he was very informative, gentle and quick. Dr.Roberts Staff is very friendly and takes good care of their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Roberts.
