The staff has always made us feel welcome and we've rarely had to wait long from signing in to being called by the nurse. Overall very friendly and caring staff. You get the idea that they are genuinely interested in what they do professionally. The pediatricians are super informative, friendly and you are seen relatively soon after the nurse finishes the routine examine steps. I highly recommend this organization to anyone in the Rivergate area.
