Went for the lunch time scene. Upon walking into Red Robins the property was very clean. no trash or litter. Greeted by the two hosts with smiles on their face and clean from head to toe. We were seated in moments. our waitress was not one I liked. once food was delivered it was fresh and nice . overall it was a wonderful experience. Vegetarian options: need to stop in and try
I placed my order online on active menu, and it was very easy to customize my order and it was done sooner than the estimated time and the food was great
My son and I had dinner this evening @ RR. we were totally impressed starting at the front door the hostess was extremely friendly and made us feel like we were at home. Our waiter John was very attentive, friendly and was helpful beyond our expectations the rest of the crew were absoulutely in sync with their peers on the floor and engaged every customer with the same friendliness and professionalism. We were amazed, happy, and enjoyed our dinner to the maximum. I spoke to the manager Sedwick to compliment him about his employees and environment. I highly recommend RR at this location if you want excellent food and service!!
Every time we come here, the service is great! We had Rachel today and she was super friendly and attentive! The food always comes out fast and taste good. I appreciate the teamwork at this location!
Sydney was our server tonight and she was excellent! Food was delicious. Had the bottomless salad and boneless wings. The "buzz" flavor is the buffalo flavor. They were crisper than I would have liked but still delicious.Food: 5/5

Went for dinner, took a long time for the waitress to even take our drink order, then took 20 minutes for our cokes to show up, I ordered the chicken bbq sandwich and besides it taking 30 minutes to get the food it was overcooked, dry, tuff, could not eat it. Overall just a poor experience. My son's burger was still raw inside, he ordered medium well, outside was burnt, inside raw.
The burgers are always great. Unlimited fries...just ask. Try the chicken sandwich buzz style buffalo sauce. Atmosphere is great for families.
Burger team was on point. Everyone asked for pink, a couple of us had alterations and requests. Everything came out timely, correct, and super tasty. Overall good experience.
