Amazing. My granddaughter has been going there for years. From realigning the jaw, to Invisalign, to bonds they were; professional, thorough, caring, etc. They worked with us through my health issues and my granddaughter LOVES the results as do I. I can't say enough about them. They are a full-service practice and everyone from the front desk to the assistants to the doctors have been nothing short of exceptional. May god bless them all.
Every time I think I have met the nicest person working there, I meet someone else who is even nicer. I always feel welcomed by everyone. No one passes judgement and the staff gives you the best solutions for your dental needs. I recommend they practice to everyone.
New patient visit today. Staff was great but Star was Dr. Bhushan. She knew my full dental history & what impressed me was, she even knew about foot injury that I had sustained weeks ago, that was impressive. I don't usually do reviews but had to today.
Used to be a wonderful practice,not anymore. Doctors don't show much compassion for patients, especially the elderly and manager lacks manners.. this practice has gone downhill... and please don't call me ,I won't answer your calls. I am done with you all.
From the very first phone call setting up my initial appointment I was impressed. Now that I’ve had my visit and scheduled my upcoming cleaning I can’t wait to go back. The receptionist was a doll and so upbeat. All the staff was very nice. The Dr explained what I needed to get my teeth back on track and healthy. Very thorough and friendly. I highly recommend this facility if you’re in the market for a new dental team!
Such a professional, clean, and qualified provider. Money well spent. My teeth are more perfect than I thought they could be, thanks to Dr Kristin Horman and her staff. When I first started Invisalign I wanted a simple gap in my teeth fixed. I’d had braces before and thought that my teeth were almost as good as they’d ever be. By the end of my treatment my teeth were perfect, which I never imagined. They did more than my orthodontist ever did to make sure ever part of my smile was ideal. Literally the best money I’ve ever spent. Not to mention everyone on their staff is so pleasant, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.
I hadn't taken my children to the dentist in a couple of years because of all the COVID stuff. I am so thankful we decided to stick with Robinwood. Everyone in the practice is so kind and gentle. My youngest was very hesitant to go as it was his first time ever going to the dentist. His hygienist was amazing with him. She talked him through the whole process which eased his anxiety. This really is an awesome practice!
I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr.Eric Cho, and being honest he vanished my feeling of being uncomfortable with dentists after years. He is really delicate and amazing at what he does. I had to drive an hour to be seen by him and, I would honestly drive 5 hrs to be treated by him for my dental work! There aren’t words that can describe his work, because I had a great experience… As for everything else the staff and office environment are also greatly efficient and organized. I didn’t even have to Waite, I was basically walked to the room within 20 seconds of entering the office.
I was looking around for a dentist this past week because I had a serious tooth abscess and it was making my life miserable. I called Robinwood and despite the fact this is considered an emergency, they told me they had to wait to schedule me in. I got aggravated with them and finally just told them what they can do to themselves. They are no different than Aspen Dental, and it has led me to the conclusion that corporate medicine needs to be outlawed - medical and dental practices should be private, nonprofit, or government/military and not run by greedy corporations. Corporations do not care about patients, but rather dollars. Never would use Robinwood, nor will I recommend it - I care for people too much to put them in the hands of such evil, greedy, and nasty companies.
Having new health insurance meant finding a dentist that took my dental coverage. Robinwood had good ratings online, so I gave them a try. They squeezed me in for a semi emergency and did a fast evaluation. Dr. Cho gave me my options for treatment and I got an appointment for treatment. Everyone was very friendly and caring. The billing clerk was especially caring. She went out of her way to make sure I got the most out of my meager dental coverage. I'm glad I chose Robinwood!
