Absolutely the worst call experience I’ve ever been subject to. I explained my 9 year old daughter tested positive for covid… the reply? “So… what do you want us to do for you?” I said, “that’s the question… she’s showing all the major symptoms, she’s reporting major GI pain…” I get cut off “we don’t do triage over the phone, if you want us to see her, then you’ll have to bring her in…” Compassion and clear communication are so vital in this world. She could have offered both but chose neither. Why couldn’t it have been right away: “I’m sorry to hear she’s not feeling well. We can triage in person if you’re thinking the symptoms dictate…”

Worst receptionist ever save yourself the stress and anger. They really don't care and just want the pay check. Speaking of the receptionist only didn't even get to see a Dr from how horrible they are

Wait times are terrible. It’s like there’s one doctor working. You wait in the waiting room for over an hour then get called back to the room just to wait another hour for a doctor. Rooms are filthy as well. Don’t look like they get cleaned at all. Just gross.

Brought someone here an just let me say. I personally would never go back. Lady just came out from back an yells bruce...well theirs 2 people who name is bruce who has been waiting..so Secretary behind desk says which one...instead of her going back to look for a last name she sighs and says...which ever one been here the longest...like for over 30 min. I mean who does that? They are just so professional... How you wearing a painted shirt, unpressed scrubs an saying im a nurse????? Smh dont go here it use to be a clean an professional place, looks more like a free clinic with volunteer staff.... Find another respectable place...this isnt it.

Tonight is now the second time I have dragged a sick child out to Wilson Medical Center only to find them closed before the posted closing hour of 10PM. Website and phone give hours until 10PM daily. No reason to an early closing, just a sign at the entrance stating they are closed early. I am frustrated and will not be headed to Wilson the next time we need an urgent care. Better to have driven a little further but gotten care than to drag my sick kids out only to return home. In both my experiences, my kids simply needed a strep test, which if positive would have gotten them on meds right away, allowing them to return to school a full day earlier. So tonight it's too late to go anywhere else and we will have to wait for a doctor appointment tomorrow. Thanks so much, Wilson, for a job poorly done. I can't post w/o rating at least 1 star. So you get one

Sent my prescription to a pharmacy nowhere near my house. When I called they basically said I had to pick it up on Lyell ave. Of course when I show up to Lyell ave there's a hold, because I've never been her before. Complete waste of my day. Also charged me my specialist pay which no other urgent care has done before. Nice doctor though

The doctor's see me or my children very quickly. So most of the time I'm in and out. The staff is also very friendly and makes me feel comfortable.

I lived it here they are very fast and the staff was awesome the nurse that took my vitals was awesome and the doctor was amazing !!

Worst place you can go. Staff are nice. Doctors suck they don’t give the time to properly see and diagnosis the patient.

Very quick and efficient. The staff is polite, very thorough with explaining things and they made me feel very comfortable.
