I'm a full-time RV'er, meaning I live here year round. The park has gone from family owned to being owned by a nationwide corporation. Since Sun Outdoors has owned it, it has gone through some growing pains. Now the new Manager has taken it a step in the right direction. There are more activities for residents and visitors. The park has always had beautiful sites. I think they are probably the most expensive in the area but so far worth it. I'm not sure when the yearly rent raises will reach most peoples limit. They've added cottages throughout the park that are comfortable and always full. The restroom/showers are cleaned daily. Trash is put in dumpsters that are emptied 2 or 3 times a week. Overall, the park is worth the money at this time. It has been one of the best I've stayed in.
We had a wonderful one week vacation in Crystal River. The mobile home/ our accommodation was super clean! The only thing is that we saw a few cockroaches but they came out to spray them. The RV park is close to everything and Crystal River is so beautiful and has to offer a lot for the lovers of outdoor adventures.
Hot tub closed. Waiting for parts! Why not keep spare parts? Also have to close pool area at dusk as lights are not up to code. Why don't the owners bring the lights up to code? We've enjoyed it for years until 10 pm. Otherwise staff professional and willing to help grumpy campers. Thx
Stayed there for a month in a cottage with my mom and our two dogs. Everyone seemed nice. They don’t take care of the dog run at all like they don’t lime it at all, which lead to both our dogs getting nasty infections. One had to get emergency surgery because of her infection, and the other got hookworms / ringworm and put on antibiotics and probiotics for a week. People don’t pick up their dogs waste. A lady who lives in spot 34 threatened to poison our dogs, management did nothing about it. We spoke to them about it they just shrugged it off. So stay at your own risk with your animals.
We have a nice spot. Shade and a nice place to walk. The park is very well kept and the people are friendly. People are busy decorating their sites for Christmas. Very pretty.
We just spent 4 great days at this lovely camp resort. Check in and out was a breeze. Most of the sites were very shaded and had a nice space. The bath house was cleaned often and was air conditionedmuch needed in FL summers. Would love to come back soon and would highly recommend. Already telling my friends.
Large rv sites, nice pool, great veteran rateswe appreciate. Beautiful park. Nice laundry room. Perfect rv park and reasonable- couldn't think of anything they missed.
Great RV Resort. Plenty of trees, grass, and spacious lots.. lol was nice and clean as were the office and common areas.... Hope they don't go to full time only.
We truly loved this place, but NO respect for loyalty. We paid for a year in our spot then told to move because corporate wants our spot... We have stayed here for many Months, loved it here with our new Camper but we are over CORPORATE BS!!!
I took advantage of a 12 month special promotion they were doing over a year ago, and was fortunate to get a site close to the showers & laundry. They were also doing a 2 year deal that included paving your site including a side area with fire ring plus a storage shed that many others were doing. Lots of full time residents there. Most are happy, and some are grumpy. Everything is well maintained. Pool is nice. Very little night lighting, so bring flashlights. But most don’t do much outside other than walking their dogs. No loud party weekenders like the waterfront RV parks I tried. Security gates are nice too. I moved to a house and gave up my site when the 12 months were up. Someone else moved in the next day.
