I had a great experience. The hygienist was sweet and told me everything she was going to do. Dr. Gomez was amazing and very thorough. Very up to date on procedures. Even the ladies at the check out window are great.
Wouldn't go here unless you're insurance required it. Came in to get two teeth on the same side extracted one on top on the bottom they told me they couldn't do it in the same appointment because of some kind of a time limitation so I'd take two days off work. Also the quote they gave me to do the work changed by $170 when I showed up the next day to actually have it done, and it was the receptionist who changed the price not the dentist she looked at paperwork in just decided to recode things without looking at x-rays or my actual teeth.
Rockford Dental is a great place! The hygienists are detailed and personable-especially Michelle. Dr Johnston is very caring and gentle. He knows I’m on a fixed income so he makes dental recommendations accordingly. I’m very pleased with Rockford Dental.
I had been a customer for 15+ years and never had a problem until recently. Dental Hygienist gaslighted me and then I played phone tag for 3 months prior to getting a call back from a new manager without resolution. I am extremely disappointed but will be taking my business elsewhere
I am truly thankful for everyone on the team that made my wisdom teeth removal go so well. Everyone is super friendly and made me feel as comfortable as possible for something that I have been dreading for a long time. Nina at the front desk was super helpful by always keeping me updated with what my insurance would cover. Thank you to Dr. Appiah and his team for making me feel comfortable during the procedure. The recovery process has gone extremely well, and for that I am very grateful. I highly recommend!
I’ve had the best dental experiences at Rockford Dental with Dr Nguyen and her amazing assistants. Most recently with Dr. Nguyen and her assistant Paula, both are so kind, caring and gentle. I would not go anywhere else for my dental needs!
I love my Dental Hygienist she is very meticulous and educates me in how to better take care of my teeth and gums every time I meet with her. Both my Dentist and hygienist stress prevention rather than having to deal with the lack of care.
I went in for an initial appointment, but they canceled my appointment while I was literally sitting in the chair. Without any explanation, I was asked to reschedule. In addition, they had already moved my appointment time twice on the same day the day of my appointment. But I can't get over the fact my appointment was canceled while I was sitting there at the time I was asked to come in.
I was way overdue for my teeth cleaning because I had to prepare and heal from hip replacement surgery. The hygienist did a hood job on my teeth. I wish he had polished them, however.
