Excellent place for the kids to get some exercise and have a blast. There are trampolines, obstacle courses, rock climbing, dodgeball, a warped wall and the yoga/gymnastics bands that you can use to hang yourself off the ground. So much fun.
Rockin' Jump had a really nice vibe. My son had a ball. I loved the way they wished him a happy birthday over the louder speaker; it made him feel really special. Our host was very kind and helpful. The price can seem steep, but not much different from similar places. At least here it's open; looks clean; and there is a decent amount of seating for those who aren't jumping
Horrible customer service experience. I went with a large party with a 90 minutes pass. They closed at 6:00 PM yet the announcement for closing was called at 5:58 PM. My son, who was already in line for the swing, left the line and I asked a nearby employee if he could take a quick swing. After seemingly glancing over at the employee operating the swing, he said no, you have to leave. I obliged, and stopped at the front desk to share my experience about the closing announcement being called early. Yes, it's only two minutes, but that is enough for the next and only child in line to make one swing. Upon my sharing of this experience at the front desk, an incredibly rude employee simply shrugged her shoulders. When I said it is really bad customer service to just shrug your shoulders to a customer, she decided to elaborate and say the clock at the desk stated 6:00 PM when the announcement was called. I said ok if you don't want to do anything for me, then at least take it as a future advice to make sure the clocks match. A different employee next to the one I had a horrible experience with said sure, we can do that. The rude employee however, continued to shrug her shoulders. I asked for a manager, and the rude employee stated they are the managers. I asked the name of the rude employee, and she stated she does not have to provide that information. I responded, what am I going to do, write a review at most? And was met with the response "that is my personal information which I do not have to provide". I am all for businesses protecting their employees, though I am certain that this employee is in severe need of customer service training. On the job description portion of Trumbull Rockin' Jump's website, they state they are not "lazy, complacent". They also state they "want to provide the ultimate customer experience". I hope to hear from a manager or the franchise owner regarding this experience.
Our son was so happy with his B-Day celebration, great service and organization of the party, could not have asked for more!!
We hosted our daughter's birthday party here, and the kids had a blast. We had the party room to ourselves the whole time which was definitely nice, and the party host was very friendly. Only negative was that the pizza wasn't that great and they have a restriction that you cannot order from outside. Overall pleasant experience, will definitely consider them in future.
Overall, was a good experience for my sons birthday party. Staff is friendly, attentive and they did a birthday announcement for him in which all the staff overseeing the park were sure to make him feel special and say happy birthday. A lot of fun for the kids and adults who jumped. The only complaint is my guests said it was by far the worst pizza they ever had and from the looks of it, it looked pretty bad. Unfortunately there is no option to bring outside food.
I have never had pizza that bad. Seriously- my friends all agree too it was the worst pizza we have ever had in our entire lives. Even the kids didn’t really like it. My question is why though make it so bland? Take pride in your craft! I understand there is no incentive to offer quality food: It’s the only option for a birthday party. But you should be embarrassed at how bad it is.
We won socks and two 1 hour jump passes at a fundraiser. Such a scam. They don’t SELL 1 hour passes, so you HAVE to buy full time. Also, the “free hour” value is $5 pathetic dollars when the two hour pass costs $29, not half off like you would think. A complete bait and switch for a place that is, in all honesty, not worth it one bit. Their employees could not care any less about their jobs and the entire facility is understaffed especially when they have multiple birthday parties going at the same time as general admission. Turns into a complete zoo. One of the biggest rip-offs in the area, hands down.
There was ONLY one cashier working during a school event. Whoever is in charge of scheduling should be fired. So, I asked the manager if we could receive some assistance in moving this line along. She told me this wasn’t possible because there wasn’t anyone available at the moment. After it was my turn which was a minute later she decided to help behind the counter. It amazes me that upper management can pick and choose who and when to help JOKE. There was no sense of urgency and I will NOT be returning.
Had a great time over the weekend. I can see why the place is so popular. They really do their best to maintain a clean environment while enforcing the rules. They don't allow chaos which I appreciate as a parent. I know my kids are safe while they are playing their friends. There is only one way in and one way out which also gives me comfort. I also appreciated the fact it was one stop. I could grab food from the cafe for fuel and they had a pretty good variety that satisfied all the jumpers I brought. It really was a good time out and about. I bought a membership for two of my jumpers right after since we will be back. I can't believe the deal. It will pay for itself easily. Thanks Rockin' Jump. Love that you are in our neighborhood.
