Plenty room to park and very peaceful. Slept here. I don’t know what time receiving opens but I went to door at 6 am. Very nice lady opened the door and was Soooooo friendly, wish I could have gotten her name, she made my day. We don’t always get treated like a person. Thank you Rockler. Got a dock and under an hr I was on my way to my next pick up. 8/17/23
Purchased a product which was described poorly on the website and when I got it was unusable for its intended purpose. When I tried to return it, I was told I had to pay return shipping. Not my error. Cheapest shipping method I could find was $24. Item cost $29.99. Good customer service would have sent me a shipping label. Worst case scenario, send me a label and charge me $10. I would have been ok with that. Customer service just kept emailing me their return policy. Not happy with Rockler. I will find somewhere else to get my woodworking products. I am a professional woodworker.
I purchased some drawer pulls online. I called several times to follow up and finally six weeks later they told me that they had never placed the order with the vendor. It's now been two months and I had to call them again just to find out that the item was discontinued. I received zero emails/communication from Rockler on what was happening with my order and now after waiting for eight weeks I'm empty handed.
If you live in Minnesota don't order online from Rockler. No way to do a return without shipping it, even if you live nextdoor. You can return to a store but only for store credit. How hard would it be to let a customer drop off a package like a shipper does?
Took nearly 5 hours to unload. They dug their forklift into the floor of my trailer causing significant damage, mind you its a 2020 trailer. And in the end they cuss you out. Very unreasonable people who have no idea how to work a forklift. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST the added headache is not worth it
Ordered a KREG MOBILE PROJECT CENTER on 03/14/2017 early morning and received it on 03/15/2017 early morning. I've never had any company send something that quick. It's a shame I had to cancel my second order due to it being out of stock. Will definitely use Rockler again for any woodworking needs I have!!
Brent Kane I purchased the Nextwave Shark HD4 from this location on Dec 29th and took advantage of the free $800 laser promotion. The problem is that it never came and I've been given the run around by Rockler every week for the past 3 weeks. I just got off the phone with the Indy store and the corporate headquarters and I'm still being told different stories. Perhaps if you're looking for a CNC this isn't the company to buy it from. If my laser hasn't arrived soon I'll be bringing back $5,000 worth of CNC and accessories back to the store. I understand that back orders happen but I don't like to be lied to. How many weeks will it be "on the truck"? Each time I call it's like I have to explain the whole thing all over again. It's like groundhog day every day at Rockler. Well we don't know but we'll call you back. And then they do call and say it's on the truck. That was over a week ago. Today they said it's on the truck. MN is NOT that far from Indiana. I may be returning $5,000 worth of CNC and accessories to them over this.
They use fake products on the website, send you garbage wood, and then make you pay to return it. Avoid these scammers. Google their name for reviews and you'll find countless sites to validate this BBB and others. Good luck finding live bark wood - just don't get it here.
Purchased 2 aprons and only wanted one and some cups magnets returned 1 apron and the magnets because they were not magnets would not stick to anything aprons were $39.98 ea Magnets ware about $6.98 ea i only received $28.07 in refund Thank you for responding all cleared up
Never had an issue with them. Easy returns and great customer service. Very easy to work with.
