This was my first job as a teenager in 2000 so I have an affinity for them! The small photo shops are non existent and it’s nice to see this place still thriving. The business is still run so professionally and they are EXTREMELY helpful! I have left film/negatives there way past the time even forgot about it and they are so kind that they held on to it and called me. I had several rolls of decade old film and they did their best to recover it and put all the photos on a flash drive. They are definitely 5 stars all the way. Great pricing and exceptional service! Customer Service is everything these days, especially when your field is so easily replaced by a few clicks with online ordering. Asked a pretty simple question of recommendation in which I clearly needed guidance. I received a short response reiterating that my request was vague. It really wasn’t I was asking for ideas and pricing on having a picture printed on something as a memorial for someone. I asked if they had a website or flyer showing what they can do with pricing but he wasn’t having it. I left there questioning what just happened?! Rude & dismissive, define my experience here. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Found this place i’d usually go to UPS to return packages. Walked in paid about $46 bucks to develop 2 film Rolls prints were included. It took roughly about a week to get the Wetransfer email and I was astonished at how my photos came out. They respond very quickly to emails and call you if you need to pick up your prints/ if they are ready they also sell film rolls in there and disposables they took my name down for an item that was out of stock and I actually got a call back letting me know it was there. You’re paying for the quality. this isn’t walgreens these people care.

Helene was super friendly and helpful! Photos were developed, scanned, and emailed in 24h a day earlier than promised!. Way more affordable than my usual darkroom in Brooklyn, thank goodness it's near work because I will only be developing and buying film from here from now on their rolls are cheaper than Amazon!.

What a wonderful place. I had no idea what I was doing. People were so kind.. helped me download my photographs and pick out very special gift ideas. I can't wait to go back. very reasonably priced

I have been getting my 35mm film developed here for about a year now, and my experience has been spectacular. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to share that knowledge. They are friendly and the quality of work speaks for itself. Highly recommend for all photography related matters!

I started taking my disposable cameras here since walgreens takes up to 2 weeks to get my pictures developed. They only take a day here, the pics come out super good, and all the employees are so nice, friendly, and accommodating. could not recommend more

I visit once a week and or every 2 weeks and they are always extremely friendly and patient! They always provide speedy service and are so so so polite. There's never been a time where they weren't able to answer a question/concern I had about my cameras/film, one of the few genuine camera stores on LI.

The shop is great. I have all of my 35mm B&W film developed there as well as my 120 film. I also use their digital services for prints and enlargements. Garret and Helene are terrific and always have great suggestions. I really miss them in this crisis. My undeveloped film is growing.

I was struggling to find a place near me that still develops 35mm films, until I came across this place! The staff working there was super friendly and answered all my questions. Not only do they provide film developing service and scans, but they do it quick! This is my go-to place to develop films from now on. Super professional and awesome. Can't recommend it enough!
