Lauren is the most amazing person and exceptional employee. She is kind, thorough, patient, professional and went above and beyond to help me. I traveled quite a bit to exchange a phone I received from on line to be greeted by Lauren. I accidentally left my phone in my husbands car and was frantic about how to reach him. Lauren let me use the store phone to call him, starting helping me by verifying they had the color in stock and advised me she saw the note on my account but wanted to make sure I would not be charged the fee that I was promised would be waived. Ultimately I wanted a different color than I originally thought so I left without the exchange because the store didn’t have it stock. She was so helpful and checked to see if any other stores has it. Lauren made me feel so comforted that I really didn’t want to leave that store to fix the issue on my own. If only all employees at Verizon were like Lauren they would never loose business.
I've had the privilege to work directly with the store manager Christine over the years and my family is thankful for her knowledge and warm demeanor. Verizon is lucky to have her.
If you have a appointment for new service you must arrive at certain stores 1 hour before closing. The larger stores will allow you to arrive 1/2 hour before closing. This is uncalled for! And the sales reps do not reveal this information in advance.
Great Customer Service I had a bad morning. Losing my phone, as we all know what a horrible feeling that is. But Lauren & Mike made my day better. By helping me to locate my phone. Thanks again for all your kindness
Staff was good but the only one guy was so unprofessional nd disrespectful his behavior like he is the manager nd he was so worrying to go home if u really like to go home so why u come infect the girl was very good respectful nd he was so nasty I don’t knw verizon where find him disgusting black guy?
We had a good experience here recently upgrading our phones. The store was quite busy when we entered, but we were greeted immediately and informed we would have a bit of a wait. The associate who helped us Tareka was knowledgeable and took the time to help us with the upgrades and made some good suggestions. I'd recommend this location
I stopped in the store without an appointment to discuss upgrading my phone. There were several promotions going on and I really just needed someone to clarify it all - which is what Lauren did for me. She spent a ton of time sharing the details of upgrade, what I was eligible for, etc. The better deal was for me to upgrade online vs in the store - which is a shame because I would have liked to give Lauren the sale. The gentleman who helped me 3 years ago was also there and remembered me!. Knowledgeable staff, good experience!
Always very busy. Difficult to get in and out of there in a timely manner. Even on a Wednesday at 2pm. Forget about it on a weekend. Verizon needs to do something better.
My wife and I decided to upgrade our old phones and had visited several different dealers. We got our new phones with the best of help and assistance with the guys and gals at this Verizon store. Their guidance and dedication was amazing. We love our new phones and the new platform as you predicted! Special thanks to "Jeff" and especially "Lady T" and "Mr. D" for helping us also get set up!
Worst customer service imaginable. The check-in process is a joke. They go in whatever order they want and they don't demonstrate the products. Fortunately there a many other stores
