Rockwall County Sheriff's Office is committed to providing dedicated professional effective & unbiased law enforcement for our citizens. We welcome and encourage a community partnership effort to maximize safety for all citizens in our community. Our goal is to escalate the quality of life in our county and each community in our county through a combined effort with citizens and other law enforcement agencies. To achieve this we must have the support and participation of the majority of our citizens to assist in identifying and working with Rockwall County Sheriff's Office to resolve public safety issues.

This is a very lazy police department. They take forever to come when you need them. But they always there to bother you when you don't need them. I don't know why they like to pull over my family. We have too many cars for everybody to know where all paperwork is all of the time. And they like to accuse you of things they hear from their informants but have no evidence just bad rumors about massages and human trafficing. We all pay taxes and are busy business people. I wish they were more professional and respectful especially with all of the tax I pay. Tax in this county tooo high. Crazy.
Called the Jail and the lady on the other line was snappy and rude, transferred me unprofessionally without telling me she is transferring or who she is transferring to and the phone number in case of disconnection. Definitely could use some customer service training... i WONDER how they treat people who are ACTUALLY locked up......................??????????????

sadly, they have to do their jobs. I got arrested in my driveway but looking back, the deputy did right. I own my faults..
Horrible guards. I can't ever get right meds. Anyway ask officers about stuff for any reason complaints where not dressed..your wasting your time. No bibles anywhere! !
I was cave but naked and no bra and no bed..
