Hi. My name is Michelle Curtis-Nutkins. This is my Rodan+Fields story, and my hope is that it will speak to some women out there, and lead them to joining me on this amazing adventure!
I am a gal who always has to have goals in my life (short and long term). If I don’t, I get bored, and with boredom comes discontent. Rewind 8-12 months. I was stuck. I knew I was done having babies, and my babies were growing up. Preparing for them and raising them had been my main focus for so long. But now it was time for me to “find myself” and basically get a life again. I had struggled to find the right job since relocating to the U.P. seven years ago. For me, this business is a combination of: challenge, excitement, pressure, competition, reward, recognition, and being part of something much bigger than myself. I feel like I’m becoming a better me. I have so many goals set for myself and visualizations of how I want my life to be. My skin looks and feels better than ever. My self confidence has greatly improved. For the first time in my life I can actually say I’m becoming comfortable in my own skin. I want to build an empire that I can hand down to my children. Because I strongly dislike the “American Dream” way of living and I want my kids to have so much more than that. I believe that there are better options, paths they can take that are not the norm. Paths that will make them into extraordinary people. This is the path I’m now on, it just took me longer to find it.
