Roller-Citizens Funeral Home took good care of the Deloach family during this time of loss. Funeral director Amber Lesley made the arrangement. process easier and made sure that we understood how everything would be handled. Everyone at Rollers-Citizens was very sweet and polite.
my grandmother had a paid in full policy covering everything for her funeral. we didn't even use all the options my grandmother had paid for. less than an hour before the funeral, an older lady who worked there said we owed another 1400.00+/-!!!!!!!!!!! and that we could NOT have the service until they had their monies. my dad handed me the checkbook and said handle it. I questioned the lady over and over about the monies they were basically demanding, and threatening us as to closing the doors for my grandmothers funeral. days later my mother contacted the main office and spoke to several people, even sent emails. this went on for several weeks. we NEVER received an answer. they are thieves and pray on families that are in the midst of a heartache.
I have worked with this funeral home for many years including when both of my parents past away. They are compassionate beyond degree. I was blown away by the professionalism that was shown to my family during these times. Roller is a staple of this community and its service and staff are hands down the best I have ever seen. I will forever be indebted to this company and its staff members.
When my father passed away in March we called this funeral home and the service we received was beyond anything for which I could have hoped. The service was personalized, not cookie cutter, and in several ways was handled to the way we needed, not just the way they offered. I could time and time again recommend them for attentive care during the most emotional of times.
I lost my husband when my boys were four years old and as I went through stunned emotions of dealing with the unimaginable the person assisting me was compassionate, knowledgeable, keen with appropriate suggestions and made sure our every need was met. It was not but a few years later I lost my father in law and can only express the same dealings with the staff and my mother in law. In fact, every year, without fail, they put up the Christmas Tree she donated, in his memory. To go even further when I lost my mother a few years after my father in law we used Roller Citizens but in Weiner, AR. There is not a thing negative I could say about the entire Roller Family. After shopping several funeral homes in a pinch following the sudden death of my mother, we are proud to praise Roller! Amber and Charles are the most caring, compassionate folks. I feel strongly that they truly care about us and our needs. They truly went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our goodbyes special and personal. I feel it is very important to include that it didnt end there.The follow up service they provided with completing all of the necessary paperwork filing etc was amazing. Roller deserves to be set apart from all the rest. They have raised the bar to a standard that all businesses should model after. I feel confident to call Amber and Chaz my friends and family which is odd in times such as this but I do. Do yourself a favor and bypass all the fake funeral folks and come to a place that youll be truly valued. You won't be sorry.
I have done business with this firm for over 20 years. The staff is compassionate but the management is quick to stay ahead of my needs. This locally owned business is definitely the best of the best. You will be hard-presses to find better service across the bridge in Memphis as the price almost doubles. My funeral Director Chaz Fowler under the direction of Jason Johnston have always served us well! Thanks guys.
Do what they want and dont know how to post condolences you have to stay on top of them about things
I can not brag enough on the staff. Everyone is so nice.
Employees are unhelpful and makes advances on woman who are grieving
