I will forever rave about this place. I never do reviews but all the ladies here not only do such an amazing job with eyebrow threading, but they are the sweetest! I always go to Richa for my body waxes! She’s so friendly, kind and attentive. My leg waxes, are quick and at this point minimal pain. I always get full leg waxes which are priced at $25. Richa goes above and beyond to wax from my hips to my toes! I’ve been consistently going to her since December and will definitely be returning monthly. The eyebrow threading was fine. I went to this location three times. The first time forgetting that I had started a customer, loyalty punchcard with them at another one of their locations. I moved into the area quite recently. I offered my punchcard the last time I went, and was given the punch, the woman having a very snarky face. Today I went in with a the punchcard that clearly showed that I had a fulfilled it, and was told that that location no longer use those punch cards, and that my earning of the free service was not valid. this is not a big deal to me. What is is the fact that I was a loyal customer that was turned away I was going to get more than one service done, and they were still going to earn money off of me but instead of seeing that, they simply turned me away.Service: Eyebrow threading
Really bad experience with one of the staff. She was very rude and didn’t care about the customer. I go there for eyebrows and waxing with Richa she always treated me with respect and very polite. Place needs a deep cleaning, bathroom is not clean and never works.
Have come here a few times now and always get excellent service. Threading of eyebrows is what I’ve always done and they do a great job. Always used Archna she is pretty popular always has a wait. Now during covid times they check your temperature and keep social distancingbin waiting area. Definitely recommend for threading as I have not used any other services.

I come here most of the time to get my eyebrows done. The ladies are so welcoming and respectful. Plus they do it the way the client wants it to be done wether it's getting eyebrows threaded or wax they do it. Recommend this place 100%
I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT I HAD TO FOR THIS ONE! I used to come here about 2 years ago and I remember them messing up my brow every now and then but minor mistakes and sometimes they would be decent depending on who did them. I went this week to get my brows threaded and asked the lady to do them thick,keep the shape, and barely touch them .She repeated what I said as if she understood so I trusted her . I'm not sure if she acted out of jealously or the fact that she was on facetime at the same time but she thinned out my brows so much that they were not even half as thick as they used to be . The shape is off and i cried in fear that they wouldn't grow the same . Safe to say i'm not coming back or recommending this place again. For future reference please listen to your customer when they put their trust and confidence in your hands !Service: Eyebrow threading
