Romano's Macaroni Grill

Haven't been here in years but finally came back to try it. We had the stuffed mushrooms which were delicious just wished they were a bit bigger. The fried ravioli would have been better but it came lukewarm so the cheese inside wasn't melted. For entree we had the trio which was ok. The fettuccine with white sauce wasn't that good but the lasagna was ok. I liked the appetizers and soup much better than the entree. The chicken parmessan was good.

Our server Ethan was great. The food was also amazing my wife and I visited from Stockton and it was well worth it. My wife had the Penne Rustics and I had the Mamas Trio, we also had the Toasted Raviolis which were fantastic.Food: 5/5

Well the macaroni grill is one of the favorite places for us to go and have pasta. I always enjoy the pasta Milano which is shown below and the bread there with olive oil and a little vinegar is always delicious. The wait staff are always attentive the atmosphere is always mellow and the whole experience is always great.Food: 5/5

Came here for lunch for the first time and was pleasantly suprised! The food and service was great!! The stuffed mushrooms were just.... chefs kiss!! We even got a visit from one of the kitchen managers, i believe Johnny was his name. He introduced himself and was very polite and asked how our food was and even cleared some of our plates off our table!! All in all, we will definitely be back!

The lady that sits people found us a table super fast. Ryan is the best server here! He always makes sure we are well taken care of and it’s always service with a smile!

Servers were crazy busy when I walked in so it took a bit to get someone to seat me. After getting seated servers still were running around. Bless their hearts. I got my food way before my drink and finished my food before I got my bread. Everything was really good. I actually ordered spinach and artichoke dip with shrimp to go. I had 2 glasses of sangria so I needed to eat bread so I didn’t drive tipsy . Overall a good experience. Glad I was told they were very short staffed. But watching everyone running back and forth, no one was standing around doing nothing.

This place is run bad ! On Sunday for Mother’s Day the bar tender had to serve tables , make drinks and run back to get food ! I’ve never seen anything like that. Now she deserves the 5 star except she was so darn busy running that she didn’t put the game on for me! Boooooooooooo. Bad management at this site needs a bar back ! I bet $100 the Foods gonna be cold …Food was warm , not hot . Grrrr taste was okay . After an hour and a half the game was never put on …

We had dinner here on Saturday, the food was ok; however, the waitress was very distracted the whole time. When it was time to pay we were splitting the bill; somebody was paying half and I the other half. A few days later somehow I saw in my bank statement that I had been charged twice and that the transactions had already gone through. I went to the restaurant to ask them to cancel the other transaction since it wasn’t meant to be charged to my card and it had not been signed by me. They didn’t care and told me they could not do anything. This is really bad service, now I am stuck with two bills and I took time off from work to go there and solve this.

Took my son here for his 12th birthday dinner request. He’s been here for his past few birthdays and we’ve always had a good experience. Today was the total opposite. The service was horrible but worse was when my son mentioned to our female waitress also Manager by the name Don M. that it was his birthday, she replied with “is it your actual birthday?" as continued to walk away. I was so shocked with how inconsiderate this lady was to a 12 year boy that was happy to announce it was his birthday. I will never go back to this restaurant, especially with their so call management acting this way toward children. Total disappointment and not to mention heartbreaking. Don M needs to be properly trained, kindness goes a long way.

Fantastic service, went over the top to help us celebrate our 31st anniversary. Food was outstanding, fresh and seasoned to perfection.Food: 5/5
