I have recently over the Past 3 months moved and rented 3 Uhauls and 2 storage units from this location. The young man I have worked with there is absolutely awesome!!! He’s always there with a smile on his face and incredibly helpful; The kind of employee I wish for my own customers every day! I will return if I need these services and I definitely recommend this business. Additionally, unlike a previous review that I read, I had absolutely no problem renting my truck and returning it with my cell phone. Sorry people, all employees deserve a lunch break. Sad if that’s inconvenient for you. The one time that I needed service and the sign was up for a break, the individual returned promptly at the said time and took care of my needs immediately. Have some patience people.
I have had a storage unit at this facility for a few years now and at this point their service has clearly become next to nil. The gentleman that used to own this was rather prompt in returning calls and assisting customers, his staff was pretty much always available, and you could access your unit anytime day or night. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case., you have a much smaller window of time for access and the customer service is gone. I try calling their number, leaving voicemail after voicemail and no one returns the call. In fact when you get the automated message, it reads off a different number that you are trying to reach. I believe they prefer it this way. I have had card on file with them for years and all of a sudden I am getting slammed with a late fee, which should not be the case, yet they do NOT want to return calls to get this resolved. I believe they expect this is how customer service should be. This allows them to collect more money on late feels than provide service, because they know you do not want to lose your belongings. It is also sad to know the pricing has gone up quite a bit, and without being informed. NO problem charging more money where they can, and not actually provide service. What a shame this is how they handle business. I do NOT recommend coming to this facility if you prefer actual customer service.

I visited the store today for pricing on storage and Amanda took me out and showed me a couple different units. She also asked what all I was storing so I can get a better idea on what size I needed. Tina also stated that she can help with Uhaul when I was ready to start renting with you guys. By far it was a great experience and these ladies know what they are doing. I would highly recommend using them.
I called for info about your storage units and Darlene was very pleasant and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure speaking with her.
Absolutely fantastic experience here! The service from the staff there, Delane was so kind and so helpful. Made our move that much easier!!
U-haul will advertise how you can obtain the truck with your mobile phone. Not at this place, we had to wait for the guy to finish his lunch before we could get the u-haul
I'm reviewing ClearHome Storage for a reason. I do not use them for storage, but they are a Uhaul authorised dealer. Every time I have tried to reserve a Uhaul truck, it has always gone horribly. But the people at ClearHome are good people that helped me out. While I was not able to get a truck for today I was able to reschedule and make sure that I will have what I need. GOOD WORK and thank you.
Amanda was spectacular, she answered all of my questions and offered additional services resulting in all of my needs being taken care of. She offered prompt, professional service and her expertise and enthusiasm is the reason I would recommend this office.
