I have used Wilson road storage on many occasions. Not once have they ever disappointed. I feel my things are safe and took care of while on their property. It's clean and very well kept. The office guy Bill is awesome, very friendly and always a smile on his face. Makes you feel welcome and comfortable there. I have strongly urged others to use this storage facility and will continue to do so.. Thanks guys

In 2019 I was  transitioning from an apartment to a camper and was in crisis mode trying to find help with a U-Haul and a storage unit I called many places for pricing, unit sizes, and U-Haul rentals. The response I got from multiple companies was more than disappointing to say the least. Bill at the Wilson Road Storage came thru for me and my two sons, got us a uhaul and a unit in the same day. I’ve been using this company and have other units at the northside location. The security and cleanse leanness of the property and how easy it is to pull up the storage doors, was a no brainer decision on what storage company to use. It’s been 4 years I’ve rented units thru this company. I highly recommend, Big Shot out to Mr.Bill for teaching my sons and I the gate code process.

Stop! LOOK!! Listen!!! Wow it has been over one year now. Wilson Rd Storage has done it!! Now the Westside of Columbus has the place for tradesmen looking for a place that meets their storage needs as well a quick access to I70 and I270. With a wave of OSU students renting those smaller inside units and U-Haul’s. To the excited new home owners waiting 1 more month for their dream home be ready to move in.  This has been more than providing space. It is the whole service here that make this the only Wilson Road Storage to come see!!

Convenient location, great staff and reasonable pricing. They Provide their own locks with options to use your own. I think the gate code panel is a little difficult to get to, but I can still enter it from my car. My unit was very clean with taller than expected ceilings. Would recommend to anyone looking to store belongings on the west side.

Good prices, and I like how they call you to make sure everything is good to go and explained how to get in and how to find my storage unit. When we got there he was outside ready to help us out as well making our hard day a little easier.

I've been renting a unit for past few years , never had a problem, Greta is always pleasant to interact with always up beat, really just a great lady- attendent, always good day when she's working no issues , honestly prefer dealing with her even over the phone payment if I can't make it in doesn't rush you makes sure everything is correct situated an square away before letting you leave. I Would recommend to others prices are decent as well all in All a good place  . Highly recommend Greta to do your payments- set up if you can help it or get lucky enough to have her to deal with... In addition to Bill  he's always energetic in positive way gets you in and out in timely manner  pretty cool guy

Wilson Road Storage has been awesome.  So far so good.  I use the units for storage of non climate controlled items.

Second time using this company. Gate works great and offers personalized code. Not a fan of the gate code panel location when exiting have to get out of vehicle. Owners are PHENOMENAL--Super nice, caring, and helpful. Storage unit itself was dry and in good/secure condition. Locks provided. Door lock capable of using 2 locks for super cautious people like me.
