Had been a patient for about 2 years, but no longer after this past month. Scheduled an appointment for a cleaning as I was going out of state for a few months. Had to reconfirm with a phone call to the receptionist with my insurance coverage, and again I confirmed it was for a cleaning. No less than 4 messages via text and email that I had an appointment and at no time did they state that I wouldn't be able to get my teeth cleaned. Showed up for the appointment only to be told I had to have more x-rays and couldn't get a cleaning until the following month-which I would be out of state. Now I've received a bill stating that I had broken my appointment. I showed, they wouldn't provide me with the service that was requested and agreed upon and now I'm having to pay them for nothing. Will not be going back. If you have insurance, they will overcharge you and you'll have to pay about half of what you're quoted so be careful.
Best dentist I've ever been to by far! They have earned their name personal touch with care and consideration on every phase of your visit. They have a very nice office with a TV for each dental chair, short wait times, great customer service, cutting edge technology, and loads of compassion/professionalism. Every cent spent here is well worth it so why go anywhere else?
While the dental technicians were lovely, just a word of caution, the office will bill the insurance for normal cleaning which should be 100% covered more than the acceptable average amount in our area and pass along any remaining charge to the patients. I should’ve read the reviews below as this seems like a common occurrence.
Cleaning by dental hygienist was excellent she has since left the practice. The dentist however obviously gouges patients for money. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. Expect the inability to pay online and expect him to not honor his word.
I went to Dr. Logan because I had a temporary crown fall off and I needed to have it re-glued, and my regular dentist was on vacation. Dr. Logan and his staff really came to my rescue. They were so kind and helpful, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience at his office! Since I had somewhat of a dental emergency, Dr. Logan allowed me to come right to his office immediately, without requiring me to make an appointment. Connie at the reception desk was so friendly, kind and helpful to me, and ensured that I had everything in place so I could see Dr. Logan right away. Dr. Logan and his dental technician Stephanie were amazing! They saw me right away and Dr. Logan and Stephanie, were both so kind, comforting and helpful! Dr. Logan made sure I was comfortable and he was so reassuring and took care of me by re-gluing my temporary crown in place. He numbed the area he was working on to make sure I was comfortable and felt no pain during the procedure. He also shared information with me through the whole procedure about everything he was doing to fix my crown. Dr. Logan was so friendly and informative, and he has a great bedside manner. Thanks to Connie, Stephanie and Dr. Logan, I had a very, very positive experience going to the dentist! I highly recommend Dr. Logan based upon my experience and give him and his staff a full 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you very much, Dr. Logan!
My wife and I have seen Dr. Logan a few times now for various dental concerns and we are always impressed with the care he and his hygienists provide, as well as the ease of working with the rest of his staff with billing and schedule appointments. He offers reasonable treatment plans, quickly follows up on any issues that arise, and his procedural skills are top notch. Highly recommended.
I see some reviews on here giving this office a bad rap. I don't think those people went to the same Dr. Logan that I've been going to, for almost two years now. Since many of them are fairly old, I will ignore them; but I'm happy to say that I have always had excellent service - from both the doctor *and* the staff - on every visit. I had almost quit going to the dentist another one in town because I felt I got poor treatment and rude service *there* no names mentioned; but when I discovered Dr. Logan's office, my teeth got a "new lease on life"! Really, I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Logan and his entire staff. If you have been putting off or cancelling your dental checkups, you should think about switching to Dr. Logan. I no longer fear going to the dentist!
I've had nothing but good experiences with this office. I'm sure the people who had bad experiences are speaking their truth, but my truth is that I'm very satisfied with Dr. Logan and his team of dental hygienists. They're friendly and accommodating. My only real complaint is that the waiting room has had Fox News on the TV in the waiting room most of my visits. I think that as a business, they should just choose a more neutral channel. There's nothing wrong with Nickelodeon.
I have been going to Doctor Logan for over 20 years. I have found him to be gentle, caring, jovial, and just at outstanding professional and person. I had many bad experiences with Dentists before finding Doctor Logan. His work is nearly painless as he spends the time with each patient to take the extra steps to assure this. Dr. Logan is up front with you and is second to none in his work. I have had fillings, bridges and crowns. Dr. Logan is always upbeat and knows his patients as friends. Amazing these days. He has earned my gratitude and trust. David F Kame Sr.
Although Dr Logan is very good at his job, I'm disappointed that although in the past, when I was in Wisdom teeth pain, he saw me, examined and extracted 2 wisdom teeth on the same day. Now, however, I'm in pain and need the other two teeth removed, his assistant insists that I schedule an exam visit, then come back another day for the extraction. Who wants to stay in pain longer than they have to? Why the change in policy? I don't know. So my advice, if you're in pain, please don't expect to get relief right away. It's sad because he does great work, but now, it seems that the patient isn't the concern, rather the concern is billing as many visits as possible.
