There’s absolutely no way I could have The Kove Experience and not review. Kosi deserves all kudos. Let me start by saying if you review her work, you’ll find consistency in the quality of work. She responds as soon as she gets a chance to, is polite, honest and straightforward in her responses. She is very knowledgeable about the work that she does. I have already received a numerous amount of compliments and have recommended those that I know will be great to her… because she’ll be great to them! She started my loc journey with instant locs on 12/15/2022 and they look amazing! She listened to all of my concerns and quickly put them at ease.
