I was sent to rooms to go by my mom, she had just purchased a couch and recliner the day before I went and was bragging about how wonderful her sales person Isabel was and what a good selection they had. I went the next next day and asked for Isabel, she quickly assisted me and she did not disappoint. She asked questions I didn’t even think about when picking the right couch for example if I had cats, which I do, she reminded me to think of fabrics they would scratch which definitely was very important to consider. She was patient and very knowledgeable about the inventory/measurements/ and availability ready to ship or on back order. She really gave me and my mom exceptional service.
Jeremy was absolutely amazing! The couch we thought we wanted was on back order but he had a PERFECT option available that was available in mind and we went with that one! Lisa was also soooo sweet! She was the first to great us when we walked in and helped up until she was with another customer because we couldn’t make up our mind! Thank both of you.

This was my first time buying my own furniture and Lisa made the process so easy, efficient and she even made it fun! She asked me a bit about what I was looking for and we went straight to work finding the best options for my new space. The best place to go to furnish your home. The sales people are so friendly and welcoming, especially Anne-Marie! She was so helpful and knows a lot about interior design which made our decision making process much easier. We're very happy with the new living room set we chose and that's in big part because of Anne-Marie's help. Also, if you speak Spanish, she is the one to contact!
I went to buy a bedframe on Sunday. When I came through the door with my family, Gary Price one of the salesman greeted my family and myself with a smile. Any questions I needed answering he was happy to answer them. He also answered all of our furniture questions. He made the experience of furniture shopping pleasant. I left with the bedframe that I wanted. If you shop at Rooms To Go Gary is the person you should ask for.
