There is a huge selection of items and shockingly the prices were more reasonable than I thought they would be. Yolanda helped us make our selection based off our current furniture and living room setup. When we returned to buy she was out of the store,but she called Walter to complete the sale and set up delivery. Great experience
Have nothing but positive words to express my gratitude to the sales associate Andrea Lemon. She help me match the various items without any pressure to buy more than I need. Her professionalism,patience and courtesy were outstanding. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her for all your furniture needs. Also deserves a BIG pay increase
Right when we walked in we were immediately greeted by Mr. Sam!!! He gave us a warm welcome and allowed us to be able to thoroughly browse the store before we were able to make any decisions. He was so informative and knowledgeable on different subjects from mattresses to dining tables to bedroom sets and was able to answer any questions we asked. Was very patient & courteous when it came to getting recommendations and opinions as well. Checkout was very easy and everything was explained to us straightforward with no gimmicks. Rooms to go has a wide array of furniture and outdoor items as well . What a beautiful store to get some house shopping done and a great guy Mr. SAM to help us with our needs. Such a kind and polite guy you go Sam!!
I Must Say I felt at home and enjoyed every bit of my experience here at Rooms To GO and it was all Thanks to My Salesman MR.NICK. He Absolutely deserves a RAISE!! The Staff was absolutely amazing. I was greeted immediately and assisted with everything!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.!
I was greeted immediately upon entering the doors. The saleslady, Ms. Nicole assisted me in locating the items that I wanted to purchase. She wrote up the sale and I was on my way to my car, to have it loaded, in less than 30 minutes. I was given such a great deal on the item that I had purchased. The saleslady, Ms. Nicole was very knowledgeable about other items that I was interested. I saw several items that I had decided to purchase. Before I left the store, I had selected items that looked very nice in my house that I had recently purchased. My experience at Rooms to Go, was incredible. I was very fortunate.
My sales representative Nicole was absolutely amazing! From the moment my husband and I entered the store she was very attentive to our needs. She allowed us to browse the store freely without constantly hovering over us. Once we decided what we were looking for she appeared out of nowhere and asked if we had found what we needed. It was as if she had anticipated that we were ready for her assistance. Nicole’s customer service was excellent. Whenever my husband and I are in need of any furniture we will definitely contact Nicole.
As soon as we came into the store Yolanda J. immediately greeted us and asked us for our needs. She was very kind and patient with us while we selected our items that we wanted to purchase and even made sure that one of items pillows were in stock so we could pick them up that same day!! Our kids were excited to be there too and she was very gentle and playful with them!! She made us feel welcome and comfortable to have our kids there while my husband and I took turns talking with her and tending to our kids. This is the second time we've worked with her and both times she's been the sweetest!! Thank you Yolanda for your kindness!!!
We just moved to a new house and we were in need of a new sofa set. My father, fiance, and I went to Rooms-To-Go on Veterans and were greeted by MR. JOHN GHAWALY!!! If you ever need anything seek out this man. He made the entire experience fun! He listened to our needs, color preferences, style etc. We found the perfect, comfy set for my family because of him. Mr. John was full of jokes, detailed info, suggestions, and he was professional but also so down to earth. Speaking to him was like speaking to a friend. He made this search so pleasant and I cannot recomend him enough! Im super excited to get our new sofa's and seriously MR. JOHN PEOPLE GO SEE HIM!
I met Mr. Stephen Le when he assisted my sister with purchasing her living room set. Mr. Le was very professional, and very helpful to my sister. Stephen made my sister’s shopping experience less stressful than she anticipated. He assured her the color choices and designs she selected were the best decisions. Stephen also assisted me with a smaller purchase, and I was very pleased with his great customer service. Mr. Stephen Le is a great asset to Rooms To Go Furniture store.
My salesperson, Andrea Lemon, was an efficient and excellent sales lady! First person to greet me at the door and she had a very nice & calming demeanor, no rush style, and great with configuring sofa positions and pieces together. All the while I’m asking questions, she is getting prices and measurements figured out and answered. Very impressed and pleased. Needless to say I bought my sofa!! Thanks Andrea!
