Nicole Williams has exemplary skills in customer service and is a great listener paying attention to the details of what we are looking for and had excellent recommendations exceeding our expectations in a furniture sales person. I am in sales myself and I can recognize talent. She is absolutely management quality and shouldn’t be overlooked for anything in the future.
Steven Lee was awesome!! best experience I've had with a sales person! He really listened to what we wanted was extremely honest and extremely respectful of our time and budget. He is passionate about what he does. He has a very good understanding of design and style. He was very personable. We went in to buy a mattress and John was very helpful yet not pushy. We bought a mattress with the adjustable base and really love it. We went back to RTG today and ordered a side table and art work that we look forward to receiving. Handsome John was the best!!!

Ms. Judy did a great job assisting me to find the perfect bedroom set that would match with my room. She was patient with me as I was indecisive, and she was professional. I thought I gave her a hard time, but she satisfied me easily.
Have nothing but positive words to express my gratitude to the sales associate Andrea Lemon. She help me match the various items without any pressure to buy more than I need. Her professionalism,patience and courtesy were outstanding. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her for all your furniture needs. Also deserves a BIG pay increase

Whenever I walked to the next couch he happily followed with the up-to-date information about the sofa I was looking at. He was extremely informative, kind, and patient. Well when I arrived I was only there for a mattress , but during checkout my mom saw this kids table she wanted to get for my children . The guy who helped with the mattress had to hand us to a kids associate because they separate it in that way . So he explained to us everything about the table . A nice wood table . Sturdy ! You can get 2 or 4 chairs . We got 4 because I have 2 children , and their dad and I can sit with them to do work or to sit there and help them eat . They are strong enough to fit adults and comes with two rolls of the drawing paper that rolls out from the side . You can use it as a dry erase, or flip it to use as a chalk board and it has hooks to hang maybe a backpack and a drawer on each side to put their supplies . I’m super excited. I love it . The sales associate Jasharee was so courteous, professional, patient and polite . He made sure we had everything we needed , and would get the fastest delivery date possible. The cherry on top was , the table ended up going on sale after our purchase and before it was delivered . He let us know the table had gone on sale and they were honoring the sale price . That was an one hundred dollar deduction. I was so excited . I really appreciate that he called me . He didn’t have to but , that showed me he really did care and wanted to make my customer experience the best. That was so sweet and in these times, you need to save as much money as possible.
