Great customer service! Anita although busy realized I was probably ready to get out of the store and paused her interaction with another customer to quickly complete my order. She and Michael said that the floor model should be picked up later in the week but quickly arranged for it to be delivered to me. Hank who "helps out" with deliveries was very courteous it was not a speedy delivery but he got the mattress to me and was as kind as he could be. Even wished us blessings on his way out. Overall great experience!
Jeff was amazing! He did not harass us or stay underfoot. He let us browse but made sure we didn't have questions. Once we found what we thought we wanted he stepped away and let us discuss details. We found a full size loft bed that will work great for our teenagers smaller room. So pleased will the entire experience!! Thanks Jeff
I played an order on April 26 in the store, it includes bed, dresser, desk ,mattress and etc. My daughter's birthday is April 30, that's the birthday gift for her, she is very happy to own her own room and furniture even if Rooms to Go can deliver in the beginning of June. We look forward to see the furniture and dedicate her room, unfortunately, they lost the desk, the trucker said they can deliver in two weeks, I said fine. One hour later, the customs service called me they only can deliver on July 26, I didn't accept it, it is too long to wait, the conversation is not happy. I am told the customer service manager will call me, I didn't receive their call. Today is July 22, I called their store, the sales guy, I am told the new delivery date is October 2. I can't accept it, the sales said you can cancel it and get refund. I wait for three months and would like to give my daughter a complete gift, they asked me to cancel it. Now, I am told the store manager will call me, I wait for his/her call. I will keep leaving my comment in this area until it is resolved.
Anita is fantastic! She not only helped us ensure a successful delivery last week of a mattress from another RTG location, but also demonstrated EXEMPLARY customer service in helping us select and purchase our "big boy" bedroom furniture for our 3 year old. Anita is excellent!!!
People don't buy from stores. People buy from people. And I bought virtually everything she was selling. I'm talking about Anita of course. She is awesome. Knowledgable, friendly, sincere about wanting to help, and a dozen other accolades. If I might make one recommendation it is to move Anita to the "big people" store at Mall of Georgia, I have been there several times but purchased nothing. I was ignored most of the time and when I addressed a salesperson they acted as if I were interrupting them. Two of them were on their cell phones. Please bring Anita to the M of G store. They need help in the worst way. Please tell her thanks and keep up the amazing work.
It was a very effortless and quick shopping for us here. Patricia, our salesperson, was on hand for any questions we had and made the buying process easy. We have never bought furniture this quickly ever! Highly recommend this store!
So far, Rooms To Go has been the best furniture store we like out of all the ones we went to. They had decent selection, and price for their level of quality.
Wish I could give zero stars. We are fairly new to the area. We are looking for a new bedroom set for our son so heard it should check this place out. I walked in and not 1 employee greeted me although several walked by. I also walked by 2 employees who were just sitting. One on a little couch and the other lounging on a bunk bed bottom bunk. Definitely will not be going back. Back to Haverty's were the service and quality are top notch.
Cute items but not that many items in such a large place. Not pushy but they do ask many times if you are doing ok. I am the type who likes to look and ask for help when needed or when ready to purchase. That is why I am shopping online for our new house.
The Rooms to go Kids Furniture Store is well laid out. The variety of furniture and ideas for a kids room is awesome. My sales rep was well-informed and patient as I made my decision.
