Really disappointed that this location is not up to the standards I am used to with Target. Multiple staff passed right by with no greeting or asking if I needed any help. The cleanliness or lack thereof is a big surprise. The bathroom was very dirty, and multiple sections in the store were very disorganized and had merchandise all over the place. Overall not what I am used to from Target.
Please do not use this Target, especially pick up at this location. At this point Walmart curbside is a much better process and experience. I contacted the store, the staff disregarded the order and issue. I requested a member of upper management follow up. That has not occurred to date. Which I made the request 2 weeks ago. When I requested the store manager, the staff member would not connect me with the manager. As well as refused to provide the store managers first name. After answering the store phone not identifying herself. By far this is one of the worse location I have visited through out the country.
Placed a drive up order and when I arrived there were so many cars parked in the drive up spots. Customer’s were using those spots as regular parking spots. It was so frustrating and that wasn’t even the worst part. It took staff 28 MINUTES to bring my order to my car. I literally ordered one dress for my daughter. The point of drive up is convenience. There was nothing convenient about this experience. I will never order from this location again.
Trevor from the tech department at this target was absolutely phenomenal. This store is $400 richer because he was able to thoroughly explain the information about the Meta Quest 2 and executed perfect customer service at the same time. He never got tired of our questions, instead would answer them knowledgeably and efficiently. My husband and I have been debating this big purchase for months, and Trevor put a stamp on it for us today. Give this guy a raise!! He was super inviting and informative!
I love their drive up. They don’t have many clearance end caps and their sales are not as low as other targets. I give five stars because their customer is great. Be sure to scan items before you check out as it’s cheaper on their target app sometimes and they can price match.
Tiffany at the cash register was awesome. She provided exceptional customer service ! She is what every employee should strive to be. She had a smile the whole time. I even watched her interaction with the customers ahead of me 5 stars every time !!! Promote her !
I've never used the online shop and have it ready at the store before. It was so much easier than going in - especially being so close to Christmas. Whole process was easy - staff were very friendly and helpful. I will use this again when I can for future purchases.
The manager not sure if she was THE store manager or simply one of the managers but she went above and beyond today with customer service and solved the problem, exceeding the expectations of a “best possible outcome.” She listened, she assessed and she solved. Kudos where kudos is due! She was an African American woman with her hair pulled back in a sleek ponytail. All the stars for this experience.
I made a pick up order at 5:56. It is now 8:00 pm. No one will answer at customer service. I have never had this happen at a target. Never will be coming back here.
Hi a made a visit on 11/27/2023 & check out @ customer service, Clerk.Kenya was excellent especially helpful with Tabitha Brown products. Thanks Kenya told her manager as well
