Amazing Service! The bow of my glasses broke and the guys had it fixed in less than 2 hours and the pricing was fantastic! Love that they do glasses repair, their selection of glasses/parts and their super-quick action. I will definitely be purchasing my glasses here going forward!

Just wow. Less than 24 hours ago I was at a job site and something fell, smashed me in the face and broke my glasses in half. I just walked out of the spectacle shop with a new pair and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve done business with these guys for years and they’ve always taken care of me. As I was leaving David pointed out the fresh cookies on a tray next to the door. They were appropriately soft and super tasty.
Discovered this gem of a location over a decade ago and refuse to go anywhere else since! Their customer service and care is beyond comparison and they make sure to take care of your vision needs. I was highly impressed and continue to be impressed with Dr. Diamond's level of care and ensuring he gets your prescription perfect! He's made great recommendations and really worked to ensure I got the perfect contacts for me! Would recommend to everyone for your glasses and contacts needs.
These guys are old school crafts people who do great work and one immediately feels well taken care of. My dog ate the nose pieces off my glasses. They replaced them for a reasonable price instead of saying no, they couldn’t do it. Warm, knowledgeable and capable as well as honest and friendly. A definite find.
Very best Optical experience that I’ve had in my life and I’m in my 60s have been wearing glasses since I was three years old. It’s always an honor to come into Jeff’s shop and work with his very close associates. They are knowledgeable, Respectful, kind and patient. he does amazing repairs. they have beautiful frames. They go out of their way to help you and I’m very grateful that I have them as my Optical Shop.
I am so happy with my new glasses. I need a smaller frame and was thrilled to see their selection of stylish frames that really fit my face. I actually had choices! The customer service was outstanding and the lenses were cheaper directly through them than I would have paid using my EyeMed benefit. I am only sorry I haven't tried them until now but they will be my optical shop from now on!
I have gone to Rose optical for my glasses for many years. Mick, Jeff & David are fantastic & always go the extra mile for their customers. Recently as a Florida resident, I had my eyes checked & came ro Rose with my new prescription. After two pair of lenses both progressive & bifocals, I was still unable to see & Dr Tim Nelson the optometrist in the shop re-examined my eyes & the prescription from Florida was wrong. Dr Smith thought he knew what was wrong before the exam based on my description & he was right!!! He did my new prescription & I now am seeing great again. Clear as can be. Dr Nelson really knows his stuff. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOTH ROSE & DR NELSON to anyone who needs an exam or glasses. Best Dr & best shop & great prices. Service is exceptional!!!
