The staff at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home were wonderful! Besides being so compassionate, they showed attention to detail on everything I wanted. When I was unsure of what I wanted, they would make suggestions so I would have the best experience during this difficult time.
Noel was amazing understanding and very caring. If it wasn’t for her, I would have went somewhere else. Everyone else was nice. The was just one problem,Barbara was very very unprofessional towards my aunt. She compared my uncle to a car. Hasn’t even 2 weeks since my uncle passed. Other than that, everyone was helpful.
My experience was lovely. The staff looked up my grandparents location, one aunt's location nearby, helped with the niche for my youngest aunt, and quickly offered to re-level a headstone that had gotten a little lopsided. They stayed with me when I needed them and even prayed with me. This is a gorgeous location with a huge range of options for your family. You will do well with Rosewood-Kellum.
I paid for an extra tent & chairs & it was not in place. I demanded the tent & chairs 15 minutes before the service. A tent was rolled over at the last minute creating an undignified experience. Check behind these folks the day prior to your service. They do not seem to follow through on details. I also had to follow up on the installation of the year of death on the grave marker.
Mark and Rosewood Kellum staff were amazingly helpful and compassionate as they helped me navigate through the process of making my mother’s end of life celebration. They made me feel as if she was just as important to them as she was to my family and this just wasn’t another job to them. Everything was perfect. I’m so thankful for them for helping out together my mother’s farewell.
The experience began with the outstanding job they did with my fathers appearance. The Staff, especially Shannon and Donna were very professional, treated my family with the respect and dignity required during a tough time. I would definitely use Rosewood-Kellum again and I highly recommend them to anyone saying goodbye to a loved one.
Rosewood handled my Dad’s service with the utmost professionalism and care . Gina our family services professional was the best. She made sure everything went smoothly from day one when we met until the end of the service. Thank you Rosewood.
Sadly, my son passed unexpectedly out of state. I flew to arrange for his ashes to come home and the funeral director was incredible. Everything was super smooth and she even gave us a ride so that we wouldn't have to take an UBER. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who has the unfortunate need
This Group and their staff went above and beyond to make a difficult experience much better. They walked us thru this as neither of us has had to handle this type of arrangement before. They were kind, understanding and considerate. We will be reaching out to them in near future.
I would definitely recommend Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home. They were a very big help planning my wife's funeral. The staff were very professional, helpful and only intervened when it was necessary. The funeral home itself presented a very comfortable environment and is well kept. If there happens to be a prepaid service that is not needed/used, they gladly will give you a refund. There is no pressure to sell anything you do not want There were some prices that I felt were somewhat high but then I guess they are compatible with other funeral homes.
