I love this pharmacy. It's a personal experience with a small-town-like atmosphere. They work hard with the physicians to help you keep your refills on time and have always gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I care about each one of them and pray they know just how appreciated they are.

New and permanent customer at Rosewood Pharmacy. Picking up my meds during my lunch break was such a GREAT experience! All of the young ladies were so NICE and FAST!!! I'm definitely NOT going to miss spending an entire hour lunch break standing or sitting in line just to be treated like the next number called at a meat counter...

Needed a medicine that was a compound mix and had no idea the pharmacy I've always used for years no longer provided this service. I called another chain pharmacy and they told me it would be 10 hours before it would be available.   I called another local pharmacy and they explained they no longer provided this service either.  I then thought of Rosewood Pharmacy and from the first conversation with Jennifer it was such a great experience.  She was very helpful and polite in getting my prescription transfered over and taking my information over the phone.  She called me back within 30 minutes and told me my medicine was ready.   Once I arrived the staff was friendly and no line to wait in for hours.  Thank you is not enough words because dealing with my other pharmacy has been a nightmare lately.  I only wished I had started business with Rosewood Pharmacy sooner.  I learned a valuable lesson today after hours on the phone with other pharmaceutical companies and given the run around.  Rosewood Pharmacy provided great service, price and showed compassion to a complete stranger they didn't even have to help because that's about unheard of today.

They don't care about the health of their patrons. No masks on any employee despite mask requirements being posted. Their customer base consists of people, some sick, who need medication. It seems like they would be aware enough to mask up. I will not use this pharmacy again.

Friendly staff prescriptions filled quickly.  Stock items can be purchased elsewhere a bit less expensive.  They will call your physicians office for refills on your last filling date.  They take credit cards if your item is over $3.  Very convenient parking for non wheelchair patrons, spaces are narrow.  I did not notice where a ramp was, no marked handicap parking since all parking is close.

Absolutely wonderful staff! Very knowledgeable. They take time to go over your medication's. Constantly improving amenities! I highly recommend all in Rosewood to switch and go there@
