Superb. This is a top-notch Italian restaurant and the service was exceptional. We had a wonderful meal.

Great food! The stuffed peppers w sausage appetizer is AWESOME! We loved every meal we have had here! Every time we fly into California we try to stop at Rosina's. Mateo is a wonderful server... very professional & accommodating. I would say the only downside is that they never seem to have enough waitstaff. Service can be slow.

this is the best place ever. came for state cup and decided to try this place. the food was so good that the whole family decided to eat there both Friday and Saturday night. everyone that works there is very nice and the food is beyond compare. Rosina herself is funny, quirky and like a family member you didn't know you had. Homemade pasta, crafty pizza, fresh ravioli..absolutely to die for. there can be a wait to sit, but worth it.

Get ready to have a great time Rosina and her staff has created one of the best Italian Dining experiences in Southern California. It has a wonderful feel of casual elegance. The specials are fantastic. I had the Salmon prepared to perfection. The full bar is beautiful… and will become one of your favorite watering holes.:- Try one of the tempting appetizers… brochette unreal or the banana peppers. Then your main-course choice will be from a couple of dozen pastas, chicken, veal, seafood and don’t forget those terrific, paper-thin gourmet pizzas. Always check the fresh fish and daily special menu,

The food was exceptional. My husband has a taste for lasagna but it wasn't on the menu. He asked and sure enough they did have it. It was quite good as was the stuffed eggplant The service was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Enjoyable evening.

Absolutely delicious, authentic Italian food. Family owned and operated. The owner makes you feel welcomed and makes great suggestions. I would suggest always checking the daily specials- often the best. Very reasonably priced- don't wait for a special occasion.

This has been a warm and welcoming environment. The food is great and you definitely feel that personal touch. Fine Italian dinning! I travel for business, and I would certainly recommend it to anyone. Oh and the stuffed mushrooms will spoil you

I love the different types of Italian food in this restaurant, you can't find some of these dishes in most places except Rosina's; the pasta is also very good. But the service is not good at all- understaffed. Rosina herself can be very nice I think if you know her or if you are a a regular but also not so nice nor accommodating think impatient and annoyed. We didn't like the way we were treated, so we'll probably not go back.

Love everything about it. I often dream about her Vodka Sauce....We get to the area once a year and make sure that we do at least one night with Rosina. Last year we visited Santa Luz and loved the location. The ingredients are fresh, the food so flavorful, the staff always attentive and of course a visit to the table from Rosina tops the night!

Delicious food if dishes a bit uneven. Tiny, cozy interior with a handful of tables read somewhat of a wait if no RSVP, or don't know Rosina! Usually one waitress, Rosina herself! She is definitely a restaurant professional in the likes of the famous New York waiters who 'keep you in your place' but most charming if you are a regular or "old timer". A good addition to the developing Oceanside restaurant scene.
