I loveeeeeee shopping at Ross!!! The clothes are good, craft area amazing and very affordable! Stuff goes on clearance all the time which makes it even better to shop because who doesn't love awesome prices!!!! Also I got the red outfit on clearance and it would not fit but I HAD TO HAVE IT!!! And now it fits perfectly and has space but still scared to sit down or make fast movements lol.
I don't think I'll be coming back to shop at this store for a long time, they lose my money. I came in 20 minutes before they closed real quick to pick up a pair of shoes and some clothes I should have picked up earlier and new exactly where they were and even though they kept letting people in 5 minutes before they closed the guard started to chase me out coming real close behind my back making me super uncomfortable because he wanted me to stop shopping I guess, I told him I was headed up but he decided I needed a personal escort and herding me out just because I stopped to look at a shirt I was going to pick up real quick, so I just left the cart and walked out of there real quick because he was treating me like some common criminal even though he sees me all the time coming to shop for hundreds of dollars. There was still people going around and some that were still waiting to pay that I would have caught up with in less than 5 minutes. Ross teach your employees to treat your customers right, a simple we're closing please hurry up would have sufficed as I was headed up to the front already. GRoss!
Visiting while on vacation and stopped in. Way better than the Ross back home! Store had a lot of stuff I LOVE but dang it, I only have so much room in the luggage. Staff was friendly too.
I like this Ross store. The employees are nice, helpful, and patient. This store is bigger than the one at Colfax. Definitely returning to this store.
Nice newer store, well stocked and taken care of by employees.
I actually went into the store for large pictures and they had several that I really liked. However, I was followed around the store the entire time. I even invited the loss prevention employee to stand by me, but I guess he didn't find that acceptable. If you're black don't bother shopping here. Very uncomfortable experience.
Good deals not so friendly service
I feel like TJ Maxx and Marshall's have better beauty/skin care/make-up products but Ross has better clothing brands that I like...
We always find alot to buy at great prices. Was clean and neat. Fitting room was open. Cashier quick and pleasant, although she did unfold everything I had folded to make easier for her. I'm sure that was just because there are alot of thieves these days.
A cashier seems to dislike her job. My teens decided to go to Ross to buy clothes for their school, and they filled the cart; we were waiting in line to pay like everyone else, and when the cashier finished with the customer in front of us, I was expecting her to call us, but I noticed that she saw our cart and apparently she did not like it and started to clean the counter, it took several minutes but since I was talking to my children, I didn't care until one of my kids told me, "Mom, Mom, come over to the cashier" I thought she had called us, but because I wasn't paying attention, I hadn't heard her; Then I went ahead to her, and as soon as we started to put things over the counter, she very curtly told us that she was not ready for us. I replied, "Oh, I'm sorry, my son thought we could pass," and she repeated to me with a bad attitude that she was not ready and we had to go back in the line until she calls us; so we went back to the line! and in a few seconds later she called us! Then she asked me "Everything was fine!!" to which I replied that everything was fine, except for her bad attitude! "and then with a worse attitude she said "can you remove the hangers from the clothes so we can finish quickly? I replied, "NO! I'm not in a hurry, and you are being paid for that work; I am the customer who is paying for the items! Also, because of her attitude, she did not deserve that I bother to help her! I feel bad saying that; I'm not that person. I always help is the grocery stores to put my items in bags. But this woman really upset me! Immediately she made an announcement saying to the customers that to make the lines faster, they need to remove the hanger from the clothes and there were racks to leave the hangers. Apparently, around the area where we need to line up to pay is a sign that says that, but neither my children nor I noticed; I am very sure that many others not have seen that sign, So if the owner is reading this review: Ensure that the store demands are very obvious so all customers know them and decide whether to go to another place where they give us our value as customers or stays to receive worse treatment than an employee that even though it is an outlet store you are making business with my money.
