Big store and NO PUBLIC RESTROOM!! I'll take my business to other stores. I have a medical condition and this is not acceptable.
Saturday, August 5th 2023 @ approx. 4:00 pm I went shopping here for school khaki shorts! I thought I found a nice pair for my nephew but when I gave them to him & he tried them on at home they were way to big & fell right off of him! They had the wrong size hanger on the shorts & when I checked out they didn't notice! We live on different sides of town so I had to make an extra trip in the heat to get the shorts to take them back to the store by me!
I hadn't been to this location in a long time and now I remember why. This is store is so messy and staff is not friendly at all. And since when did Ross close the restrooms to customers? I was with someone who has a medical condition and needed the restroom. We were told by a couple of different employees restrooms have been closed to customers since at least Oct. 22, we ended up leaving and spending our money at TjMaxx and a different Ross location. Not that it matters but this is one Ross I will avoid!
My wife wanted to go and that's the only reason I went. After going inside and seeing the clothes all over the floor throughout, it made me remember why I have never liked this business anywhere. However, this facility is worse than any of the others throughout the Phoenix AZ community.
Wont let customers use restrooms, staff only. Big inconvenience gotta walk somewhere else to use restrooms. According to loss prevention corporate made that decision. There are lots of food places around here and just ate and now need to use restroom, why is corporation making this decision, very inconvenient and inconsiderate, take your money to a place that cares about their customers
No restroom for the public? Walked in excited to shop but when I asked to use the restroom they said they don’t have one. I decided to leave and go to Marshall’s instead we’re they provide their customers access to the restroom so I am able to shop comfortable and not worrying about needing to use the restroom.
I was having a great time up until it was time to pay. The cashier gave me a hard time about putting my child's name on the donation form. It was not that deep. She already had an attitude which made the experience less than pleasant.
I went to Ross Avondale Az around 9am I only went for a single item, I went to line up and I was waiting for a long time and the only cashier that was there was helping someone else in the jewelry area but meanwhile the security was talking and talking and he knew that I was there and the cashier never turned back, in that the person he was helping stopped in the return line and the cashier continued without turning around and the security officer and he kept talking until I made up my mind and I went to talk to him and the one who answered was the security telling me that the other person was there before me, to which I replied that I had already been waiting for a while so the cashier finally came back and told me I am doing such a thing and I told him you can please hurry up alone I want to pay this, he continued to take his time and attended to the other person before me, my complaint is to the security because his job is to keep an eye on who comes in and who goes out, not to be nosy talking to the cashier when he He looked at me that I was standing and never said anything and to the cashier for his lack of customer service, I don't know his name, I only have his employee number 2315677 store 1570 june 4th 9:47am
The staff was friendly, the line was extremely long from the checkouts to the back of the store, but the line moved very fast because almost every checkout was open. The Cashier Valerie was very helpful assisting me by getting security to help my husband carry two accent chairs. Thanks
The store was a mess!!!!!!! The dressing room staff was a miserable old bat, sarcastic, bitter woman. Why be in retail if you hate customer service? It was literally 2 simple questions.
