First time shopper here!!!! OMG!!! I wish I could flog myself for not getting membership here faster! The prices are a close match to Costco- yes, I did the price comparison, you’re welcome lol. Anyways, so I did my first shopping & saw there was a mini food area just in front of the checkout area; which had three options for checking out- self scan, regular register where a staff scans for you & a scan & go walk through where a machine above you reads through your cart as you walk but I think you’d need to have the app open for that to work but that is such a breeze literally just have yo walk through. Now back to the food!! So yeah they have easy snack meals; pizza, hotdog combo etc I’ll attach a picture of the menu. The hotdog was so good after a few bites of the first wrap, I went to order four more!! I got the cheese pizza slice & boy!! Did it melt in my mouth!?? It was the best 1$ pizza slice I’ve ever had!! The frozen yoghurt tasted like ice cream. The best 10$ I’ve ever spent & it was a lot of food!! The slices are big I folds mine to make a sandwich. The hotdog is soft moist & so juicy & not too salty- I’m not a fan of salt. I’m very impressed, I’d be keeping my membership & be back for the food
As a Sam's Club member, and I am always impressed by the convenience and affordability of shopping here. The Scan & Go shopping feature is my favorite, which makes checking out a breeze. Not only is it easy to shop, but I always seem to find great things unexpectedly. On my recent visit, I stumbled upon the Texas Roadhouse rattlesnake bites seasoning, which was a fantastic find! It's little things like these that make me keep coming back. The staff is always helpful and friendly, making the shopping experience even better. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The variety of products is impressive. From fresh produce to electronics and clothing, Sam's Club has everything I need under one roof. Overall, I highly recommend Sam's Club to anyone looking for an affordable and convenient shopping experience. With Scan & Go shopping and unexpected treasures like the rattlesnake bites seasoning, you can't go wrong!
I'd give this specific location a negative star review if it were possible. Never once have I received my pick-up order in under an hour, if at all. Monday 7/3 I arrived at 530 for a 4PM pick-up based on the email I received that finally said my order was ready for pick up. A woman employee informed me that the app wasn't working for some customers, so she took my name and order number, then left. No one else ever came out to my vehicle to talk to me. I had sat there for an hour before I had to track an employee down who said he'd check, but couldn't get into his system. He took my name and pick up order again. I continued to wait for a bit. I eventually had to leave empty-handed, but they sure as hell took my money for items I never received. Though the app showed my order was delivered, it absolutely was not. It is like this every single time we try a pick-up order. No one communicates what is going on. They can't check on our order. They're backed up for hours despite what your online pick-up time says, and so on. It's a complete nightmare. Every. Single. Time. I also wasn't the only upset customer. An older woman in front of my vehicle had to have 2 managers come out because she had had multiple of these experiences occur and stated she could never get her orders. She was upset because she was clearly physically limited and relied on these orders to make her everyday life a bit easier. 2 other women also got out of their cars when I got out to speak to the man because they had been waiting over an hour, as well. And forget trying to call the customer service desk. It will just ring and ring until someone eventually hangs up on you. Absolutely NO customer service. It's ridiculous.
I just want to say I called curbside pick up because I had a complaint about another team member that was rude to me, but I spoke with a nice team member named Natalia Rosa, and she was delightful and kind. There should be more people working at Sam’s Club like her.
Been shopping here for years. Really like the prices of the products in rotisserie, is the best. Jonathan has been really helpful and courteous. Their bakery has the best croissants no doubt. I also like the quality of their meats. Also the gas prices is what keeps me coming back honestly.
The one male cashier acted like he was doing us a favor. Slid all the groceries to the end of the counter and never attempted to put any of them in our cart. I'm done with this place, the service gets worse every time we go.
Very little fresh vegetables and the Pickup service has been gutted. We have had the PLUS membership for about 3 years now. The CLUB before that. During that time we have grown increasingly frustrated with this location. There is a serious lack of fresh vegetables. And the Pick Up option has become COMPLETELY unusable. The selection of products that are available for pickup has dwindled down so much as to be very frustrating. You are forced to go inside anyway in an attempt to find the products that are not available for the Pickup service. The reason I give them 2 stars instead of 1 is for the 'Scan and Go'. We like this option.
So disappointed in the bakery. I called over a month ago to order my sons cake, got everything confirmed and was ready to go. I called yesterday to see if the cake was ready and they had completely lost my order, they assured me they would make me a new one based on my original request and I assured them of exactly what I wanted. 30 cupcakes that were half chocolate half vanilla with bluey rings on each cupcakes and a bluey "dance mode" cake with ten chocolate and vanilla cupcakes surrounding it. They gave me this cake that was nothing at all like I had ordered and they even messed up the icing colors and flavor along with the cake flavor. I told them to just write happy birthday Levi on the cake platter itself and to leave the cake as is and they completely ruined it. I didn't pick up the cake but I told my husband to make sure it was exactly as I had ordered it and exactly like the advertised picture, instead of admitting their mistake they told him I wanted it exactly like this and after arguing back and forth my husband brought it back. I can't exactly redo my sons first birthday so thank you so much sams club bakery team for not following instructions, losing the order, once again messing up, and then arguing back and forth instead of admitting a mistake was made and attempting to fix it. We could have gone back later to grab the right one. Will not be ordering from them again.
The whole family loves it! We enjoy getting the mixed berry covered frozen yogurt 16 oz for the same price as McDonald's tiny sundae.
The curbside pick up has become a real pain to use. More often than not I've waited 40+min for an order. Some orders were cancelled because Sams Club curbside is understaffed, overbooked, and my order did not get picked before 8pm. When I call customer service I'm informed the order will be available the following day. However, I get a cancellation notice in my email at midnight the day of my original order. I like shopping at Sam's, but the curbside option is less than convenient.
